00:00Retired Police Colonel Ruina Garma has no plans to hide in America, where he was detained when he arrived this week.

00:08Garma's lawyer, Mr. Attorney Emerito Killang, has long had plans to visit his family and rest in America.

00:16The Philippine consulate in San Francisco, California, in the U.S. Customs and Border Protection,

00:23which is now under Garma's and his son's control, has been in constant contact.

00:33First, DILG Secretary John V. Cremulia said that there was no full departure order against Garma,

00:38so he left the country.

00:40Europe Immigration Co. has yet to respond to Garma's cancellation of his U.S. visa,

00:44even though America has authority over the visa.

00:47GMI Integrated News tried to get a statement from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection,

00:52but they did not provide details on Garma's situation.

00:56When he returned to the Philippines, he faced the Senate and House Quad Committees' hearings on the war on drugs.

01:04When she was allowed to fly, we thought that it is already okay.

01:09Because there is no problem with her visa.

01:17Maybe if there is a case already, if a person is facing investigation already,

01:24even if there is no case yet, it is not good for them.
