00:14Kapuso, there are two typhoons that are likely to hit the Philippine Area of Responsibility starting tomorrow, Wednesday.

00:23Let's start with the typhoon Ophel that will be the first to affect our country.

00:27The second typhoon will hit Cagayan and Babuyan Islands.

00:32It will also hit the northern and eastern portions of Isabela and also the eastern portion of Apayao.

00:38The strong winds will reach up to 88 kilometers per hour.

00:42It will be felt within 24 hours.

00:46It is possible for lightning to strike.

00:48The first typhoon will hit Batanes and the remaining part of Isabela and Quirino.

00:53The northern portion of Nueva Vizcaya, Apayao, Calinga, Abra, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Ilocos Norte and also the northern portion of Aurora.

01:02It is possible for the strong winds to reach up to 61 kilometers per hour within 36 hours.

01:10That is the forecast for the strong winds.

01:12There is also a separate forecast for the strong rains.

01:17From now until tomorrow afternoon, there will be strong and heavy rains expected in Cagayan and also in Isabela.

01:26It is expected that there will be heavy rains in Ilocos Norte, Apayao, Abra, Calinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya and also in Aurora.

01:37There will be heavy rains in Cagayan and Isabela.

01:40There will be intense to torrential rains.

01:42There will be almost non-stop rains from tomorrow afternoon until Friday.

01:47There will be heavy rains in Ilocos Norte and also in Apayao, Abra, Calinga, Mountain Province and also in Ifugao.

01:57It is also expected that there will be a possible storm surge up to 2 to 3 meters high in Aurora, Ilocos Province, Batanes and also in Cagayan and also in some parts of Isabela.

02:12Last but not least, the typhoon Ophel will hit Baler, Aurora at 480 kilometers per hour.

02:18This is because of the strong winds at 120 kilometers per hour and the storm surge at 150 kilometers per hour.

02:26It is moving west-northwest at a speed of 25 kilometers per hour.

02:32According to the latest forecast, it is still possible for it to hit or landfall here in the eastern coast of Cagayan or here in Isabela tomorrow afternoon.

02:42It will also cross Luzon Street.
