00:06which increases the number of Basilan General Hospital in Level 3.

00:23and the Basileños after President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. passed
00:29the Republic Act 12056 which increases the number of Basilan General Hospital.
00:35From the 125-bed capacity of Basilan General Hospital,
00:39it will be increased to 500-bed capacity and will become a Basilan Medical Center.
00:44It was approved by our congressman Mujib Hataman in the Congress
00:50and he authorized the upgrading because he wants to give a good medical service to the Basileños.
00:58When we reach Level 3, our tertiary clinical lab will be leveled up.
01:02This means that all the laboratories that we have in Zamboanga will be here.
01:09Congressman Mujib Hataman is also very happy because he knows that this is a big help to his fellow countrymen.
01:15Finally, after two terms, we passed the Basilan Medical Center.
01:22Actually, my first term started at 25, then it was converted to 125, and now it is 500-bed capacity.
01:31So all the specialized aspects of medical services will be available here in the medical center.
01:39The Basileños are also happy because they know that this is a big help
01:43and they don't need to travel to Zamboanga to receive treatment.

01:54The former Basilan General Hospital is now Basilan Medical Center,
