00:18Connie, the weather is clear here in Tuguegarao City, in the province of Cagayan,

00:22but due to the continuous increase in the temperature of the Cagayan River,

00:26many houses here in Barangay Centro 10 were flooded.

00:33This morning, more than 600 families were in the evacuation center

00:38after their houses were flooded.

00:42The houses here in Barangay Centro 10 were already covered in mud.

00:47Aside from the houses, most of the stalls were also affected by the floods,

00:51particularly in Maytalipapa.
