00:19The preemptive evacuation of the province of Isabela was carried out immediately
00:24before the landfall of the Nica typhoon in the area of Aurora.
00:28The LGU assured that they have enough funds to meet the needs of affected residents.
00:38In a statement by Radyo Pilipinas, Isabela Provincial Administrator Atty. Noel Manuel Lopez said
00:44that more than 4,000 individuals were evacuated from evacuation centers and that more will be expected.
00:52The provincial government assured that it is ready to provide any assistance to those who are still in the evacuation center
01:01in the face of the danger of the Nica typhoon.
01:05Our DSWD, the national government, has already prepositioned around 40 million worth of food packs
01:14and sleeping kits to different towns.
01:17The province is ready to stockpile if there is a shortage of food from the DSWD.
01:24In a live video posted by Netizen, you can see the Nica typhoon,
01:29where trees seem to be dancing because of the strong wind and rain brought by the typhoon.
01:37From the window of the resident, Erickson Pagar, you can see the currents
01:42that are also accompanied by the movement of the wind while you can hear the wind blowing on the windmills.
01:55Isabela Provincial Administrator Atty. Noel Manuel Lopez reminded the residents
02:01to avoid cleaning their homes in the face of the Nica typhoon.
02:07Inside our respective homes, we should not go out.
02:11We should not clean the fallen trees or the fallen leaves.
02:18We should not do it now. Maybe we should wait for the typhoon to pass first.
02:23Let us all be careful.
