00:00A severe tropical storm, the Nica Tornado, has passed.

00:03But it will continue to be strong until heavy rain falls in some parts of the Northern and Cordillera regions.

00:09According to the 8PM Bulletin of Hope,

00:11Signal No. 3 is high in the southern portion of Apayao, Abra, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao,

00:18northern portion of Benguet, southern portion of Ilocos Norte, and Ilocos Sur.

00:22Signal No. 2 is high in the southwestern portion of Cagayan,

00:25eastern portion of Isabela, northern portion of Quirino, northern portion of Nueva Vizcaya, La Union,

00:32other parts of Ilocos Norte, other parts of Apayao, and other parts of Benguet.

00:38Signal No. 1 is high in Pangasinan, other parts of Cagayan, along with Boboyan Islands,

00:44other parts of Isabela, other parts of Quirino, and other parts of Nueva Vizcaya,

00:49Tarlac, northern and central portions of Zambales, Nueva Ecija, and Aurora.

00:55Finally, the typhoon passed through the waters of Magsingal, Ilocos Sur.

00:59It has a strength of 110 kmph and a magnitude of 185 kmph.

01:07According to the Forecast Track of Hope,

01:09the typhoon Nika is possible to pass through tomorrow.

01:12But tomorrow, another typhoon is possible to pass through,

01:16which is called the Typhoon Ophel.

01:19And if it passes through tomorrow, it is possible that it will hit the northern or central zone.

01:25But according to the forecast, there is a chance that it will recur.

01:29Aside from the Typhoon Ophel, another typhoon is possible to pass through,

01:34and if it continues, it will be called the Typhoon Pepito.
