00:00Mhm. So the seventh race is the grade three maple leaf. It's a mile and a
00:06quarter. We have a field of 13. One of the major players in here is
00:10fashionably fab, who's a multiple graded stakes winner. Other horses in
00:14here, like Millie girl is a multiple graded stakes winner, a lesion field.
00:19That's the number six who was the 2023 would buy an oaks winner and the
00:23king's plate runner up. All even mentioned one fun long shot. The 10
00:28Salini Salina Salina. Yeah, say that five times. This is the first time
00:34synthetic for that grade three winner who's only 20 to one. Anything for
00:38Salinas. I was a big fan of the movie Salina starring J Lo. But Alexa mentioned
00:44a couple of the horses that you like in here because we could probably go
00:47through every horse in this race and make a case for or against each and
00:51every one of them. Yeah, no, I agree. Fashionably fab is gonna be tough. This
00:55is her. She's the class of the race. This is her domain. All her graded
00:58stakes have been at Woodbine that she's won. So this is her house. Millie girl,
01:02though, is the defending champ that you mentioned her. We also have Caitlin or
01:06greatness. The 13 horse in here, who was this year's king's plate winner who
01:10loves this track, loves this distance. Definitely, I think we'll take some
01:14money and be part of the early speed. And then another long shot in here that
01:17I'm interested in is the number three ecstasy coming off of a win and three
01:22straight, really good performances. Her last out was a big improvement, and,
01:26um, she's in good form. Her jockey and trainer are winning 22% of the time
01:30when they team up, and they've been over $5 R. O. Y. So that shows me they
01:34know how to bring in these long shots. Yeah, when you have legitimate 20 to 1
01:37shots that you can make a case for, you know, it's a strong competitive race.
01:42So, uh, yeah, to the outside Queen Regent and Caitlin. Her greatness. Both
01:46major players. Let's move to race number eight. This one is the grade three
01:49best Arabian. Only a field of 14 in here going seven furlongs up on the
01:54synthetic. The number three storm cast is a horse who's actually really fast
01:59and gets to cut back a little bit. Um, you look at others like Gal in a rush.
02:03The number six, who's a grade three winner? I think one who will take some
02:07money in here. Sunday shoes footloose footloose kick off those Sunday shoes
02:12is one that's lightly raced and can absolutely step forward. What about
02:16love to shop? Who's multiple graded stakes place? I mean, you can make a
02:19case for so many in here. Alexa, let us know a few that are on your radar.
02:24Well, love to shop is my horse because I love shop. Um, but you know, she
02:28got second place in this race last year, and this was coming back for
02:32redemption. Lost a game last out in the Ontario fashion by just ahead. A
02:37game's the five in here at 10 to 1 odds. Another really good price play,
02:41I think, who made a huge improvement last out in that fashion stakes, um,
02:45jumping up quite a few speed points and stretching her out for long today.
02:50But with her closing running style, I think that should help. But my favorite
02:54is the first one. You mentioned, you know, storm cast at 12 to 1 odds. Um,
02:59she likes to go to the lead, and I think she should be able to get that
03:01position today towards the outside store. Miami, the number 14 super
03:06logical. Brendan Walsh has a couple live runners in these graded stakes
03:10races, too. So good luck in race number eight. As we turn the page to race
03:15number nine, it's the grade to autumn going a mile and 1 8th on the
03:19synthetic, a field of 12 in here. Some of the headliners, the one already
03:23storm who's a multiple graded stakes winner. The five Stanley House. He was
03:28like a really buzzy horse going into the King's plate last year. He was
03:32only 4 to 1 in the 2023 King's plate. He's gonna face the horse who defeated
03:37him in the 2023 King's plate. That's Paramount Prince. So we're talking
03:42about some very familiar runners up at Woodbine here in this one. Yeah, and
03:47an unfamiliar runner would bind that. I like those. The number 12 forever.
03:51Super. I think this horse is gonna be the one to beat time for me as predicts
03:54him to win his one half of his races and three straight, including the last
03:59two on synthetic on the surface, but will be his first time over this
04:03course. So, you know, a lot of here have that home field advantage, and he
04:06doesn't. For those of you who may not know, we talk about different types of
04:10race courses. There are different surfaces that horses run on. A lot of
04:13you may know about the dirt or the turf, but there are also synthetic
04:17surfaces, just like the one up at Woodbine. They're more made for, like,
04:20all weather. So that way, if it were to get really rainy a lot of times, those
04:24particular tracks, they drain better, and you don't have to get the sloppy
04:28surfaces that you might get with traditional dirt. So a horse who's been
04:32really good on the synthetic surfaces over. I get pressed aisle, and we'll
04:35see if they can transfer that form to the synthetic at Woodbine.
