00:00Sometimes, whoever planted it, they are the ones who have nothing to eat.
00:09This is the situation of farmers in Libon, Albay,
00:13who have almost nothing to eat because of the flood that hit Christine.
00:19They are among the people who are left behind by the help of the GMA Kapusu Foundation under Operation Bayanihan.
00:30The rice granary of Albay was taken by the people of Libon
00:35because this is where most of the rice supplies come from in the province.
00:41But what was expected to be flourishing by farmers like Elmer,

01:25the GMA Kapusu Foundation successfully reached Barangay Talintalin and Rawis
01:32with the help of the presidential choppers that were borrowed by Malacanang.
