00:00This is the spot of a man who was hit and run twice in Tondo, Manila.

00:10The last accident was in the first live news of James Agustin.

00:19Even though the CCTV camera was able to capture the incident of the hit and run here in Tondo, Manila,

00:24it is difficult for the authorities to issue the license plates of the two motorcycles that were hit by the victim.

00:31The victims' relatives are calling on the two motorcycle riders to surrender.

00:39From Antipolo Street, the CCTV camera was able to capture a man

00:44who was walking around Abad Santos Avenue in Tondo, Manila, early in the morning.

00:49The man was in a hurry and suddenly stopped in the middle of the road.

00:53In another angle of the CCTV camera, the man continued to walk until he was suddenly hit by a motorcycle.

01:00The man fell to the ground on the road.

01:03The rider quickly left.

01:05After 8 seconds, another motorcycle rider was hit by the man.

01:10The rider even fell down.

01:12He stopped his motorcycle and left as well.

01:16The CCTV footage shows that a concerned citizen approached the victim.

01:20He also reported the incident to the barangay.

01:23When we responded, the medical units arrived.

01:27They did not move the motorcycle.

01:30Then, they threatened him.

01:32He said that he lost his wrist.

01:33They declared that he was dead on the spot.

01:36The 36-year-old man was dead on the spot.

01:39His relatives were very peaceful.

01:42The accident happened almost 30 meters away from the victim's house.

01:46His mother told her story at 8 o'clock in the evening

01:49that she was drinking with her son and two friends.

01:52Her son left to get closer to the road.

01:55He was about to go home when the accident happened.
