जम्मू-कश्मीर में नई सरकार के गठन के बाद अनुच्छेद 370 को लेकर जमकर घमासान जारी है। विधानसभा के शीतकालीन सत्र में खूब हंगामा जारी है। गुरुवार को तो जम्मू-कश्मीर विधानसभा अखाड़े में तब्दील हो गई। सत्ता पक्ष और विपक्ष के विधायकों के बीच जमकर मारपीट हुई। हंगामा बढ़ता देख पहले 20 मिनट और फिर शुक्रवार तक के लिए सदन की कार्यवाही को स्थगित करना पड़ा। विधानसभा में हंगामे की शुरुआत तब हुई, जब लंगोट विधानसभा क्षेत्र से विधायक खुर्शीद अहमद शेख ने सदन में अनुच्छेद 370 का बैनर दिखाया। विधायक खुर्शीद अहमद शेख बारामूला से लोकसभा सांसद इंजीनियर राशिद के भाई हैं। वही इंजीनियर राशिद, जो 2016 में जम्मू-कश्मीर में आतंकी फंडिंग के आरोप में UAPA के तहत गिरफ्तार हुए और 2019 से तिहाड़ जेल में बंद हैं। बीजेपी विधायक और विपक्ष के नेता सुनील शर्मा ने इसका विरोध किया।
