00:00The seven officials of the Office of the Vice President were placed in the Immigration Lookout Bulletin and they did not hide from the cameras.

00:08Among them is OVP Chief of Staff Zuleika Lopez who left the country before the hearing on Tuesday.

00:16The OVP explained in the first news of Tina Pangaliban Perez.

00:21Because of several times of snobbery in the hearings, the House Committee on Good Government and Public Accountability requested

00:31to place the seven officials of the Office of the Vice President in the Immigration Lookout Bulletin.

00:37This was given by the Department of Justice and the ruling was issued.

00:41I would like to reiterate that this ILBO is not a restriction to their travel or their right to travel

00:47but merely a monitoring mechanism by which we can see if they left the country or entered the country.

00:54But the DOJ clarified.

00:56It does not by any stretch of the imagination force them to attend a particular hearing whether it be in the Congress, Senate or in court.

01:05Chief of Staff of Vice President Sara Duterte, Zuleika Lopez, was included in the lookout order.

01:12She was expected to attend the hearing but she left for America on the eve of the committee hearing.

01:18According to Committee Chair Joel Chua, it seems that someone is stopping the OVP officials from facing an investigation

01:25related to the spending of the confidential and intelligence fund of the OVP.

01:30They are asking if VP Sara is the one who signed the travel authority of her Chief of Staff.

01:36This is also the opinion of other congressmen.

01:40There is bad faith in the reasons.

01:43First, they were invited several times.

01:46Second, you can see that there is bad faith because she left the country the night before the scheduled hearing.

01:55The Chief of Staff has the obligation to explain the irregularities, the concerns and the issues.

02:25Some congressmen are also concerned about Vice President Sara Duterte's refusal to give an oath at the hearing.

02:50Despite this, it is premature to say that there is a basis to impeach Vice President Sara Duterte.
