00:00It's election day. As the 2024 U.S. presidential race comes to a close,
00:04we're breaking down some of the most noteworthy Hollywood names who have endorsed Kamala Harris
00:09and her running mate Tim Walz, as well as those who have backed Donald Trump and his running mate,
00:13J.D. Vance. Taylor Swift famously endorsed Harris with a lengthy statement shortly after the
00:19conclusion of Harris' debate with Trump. She wrote in part,
00:23I'm voting for Kamala Harris because she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior
00:27to champion them. I think she is a steady-handed, gifted leader, and I believe we can accomplish
00:32so much more in this country if we are led by calm and not chaos.
00:36The superstar singer-songwriter signed her endorsement as a childless cat lady,
00:40a jab at Vance's comments earlier this year.
00:42Actor Zachary Levi endorsed Trump. He spoke onstage at a Trump campaign event featuring
00:47Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and former U.S. Rep. Tulsi Gabbard in Michigan in September. He said,
00:53We live in a country that has been hijacked by a lot of people who want to take this place
00:57way off the cliff. And we want to stop that, right? We're here to make sure that we are
01:01going to take back this country. We are going to make it great again. We are going to make it healthy
01:05again. And so I stand with Bobby, and I stand with Tulsi, and I stand with everyone else who
01:11is standing with President Trump. Beyoncé first supported Harris by allowing the campaign to use
01:17her song, Freedom. She then officially endorsed the current VP for President at a Houston rally
01:21on October 25. I'm not here as a celebrity. I'm not here as a politician. I'm here as a mother.

01:47or for TikTok? Are we going to be a nation of law and order or wide-open borders? Which is it?
01:53Because it's time to pick a side. George Clooney was one of Hollywood's first celebrities to endorse
01:57Harris after calling for Biden to step down from the race in a controversial essay in The New York
02:02Times. When Biden announced his official withdrawal from the race in July, the actor told CNN,
02:07We're all so excited to do whatever we can to support Vice President Harris and her historic
02:11quest. Mel Gibson says he's voting for Trump in the election. He told TMZ of Harris,
02:16I know what it will be like if we let her in, and that ain't good.
02:19Jennifer Lopez has spoken out in support of Harris. She took the stage at a Harris rally
02:23in Las Vegas, Nevada on Oct. 31, following Trump's controversial rally where a comedian
02:28made disparaging comments about Puerto Rico. It wasn't just Puerto Ricans that were offended that
02:32day. It was every Latino in this country. It was humanity and anyone of decent character.
02:41Kid Rock is one of Trump's most vocal celebrity supporters. He has long spoken out in support of
02:46the former president and performed at the Republican National Convention. Oprah Winfrey
02:50endorsed Harris at the Democratic National Convention, where she told the crowd,
02:54Decency and respect are on the ballot in 2024.
02:57Frasier actor Kelsey Grammer, a known conservative, has spoken out in support of Trump. He told The
03:01New York Times, For me to be anything else would be a problem. I don't go along with a lot of what
03:06is preached in Hollywood. I go along with what is preached in Christianity. The long list of
03:10Hollywood names supporting Harris also includes Jennifer Aniston, Scarlett Johansson, Fat Joe,
03:15and Arnold Schwarzenegger, among others. For more coverage on the 2024 presidential election,
