A variation on classic pecan pie, in bite-sized form.

00:00These two-bite chocolate pecan pies are so irresistible you may skip dinner and
00:05go straight to the holiday dessert. Spray canola oil on a mini muffin tin then
00:11stuff wontons in to create the shell. Give it another spray and bake for five
00:16minutes. While it bakes make your filling. Eggs, brown sugar, corn syrup and chopped
00:24pecans. Mix well. Scoop the chocolate spread in the bottom of each wonton
00:29shell. Then add a layer of your pecan pie filling. Finish with a single whole
00:36pecan on top. Bake for another 10 minutes. They're almost too cute to eat.
