00:34So what is really shocking about this is that it could be assumed
00:39that they were going to their school with weapons.
00:46The state rail operator said because the train was halted at the station at the time of the incident,

01:53On one side we put the pasta, on the other the rice, cans, baby food, so that when they
01:58arrive at their destination, they don't have to start looking, but have a very clear idea
02:01of what's in each box to make a much more effective delivery.

02:10regions in Spain.
02:12Authorities have recovered 217 bodies so far, with 213 of them in the eastern Valencia region.
02:21Catastrophic flooding continues in Spain, with Barcelona airport and the surroundings
02:29the latest area to be affected.

02:51Moldova's pro-western president, Maya Sandu, has won a second term in a pivotal presidential
03:04run-off on Sunday.
03:06Sandu took more than 55% of the vote in an election overshadowed by claims of interference.
03:13Moldova was under an unprecedented attack in the history of the whole of Europe.
03:18Dirty money, illegal voting, involvement in the electoral processes of hostile forces
03:26from outside the country and of criminal groups, lies, inducing hatred and affliction in our society.
03:34Our people have united, and the freedom and the citizens have won.
03:41Sandu's challenger was the Russia-friendly former Prosecutor General Alexander Stoyanoglu,
03:45who finished well behind her with just under 45%.
03:50Moldovan police said on Sunday they had reasonable evidence of organized transportation of voters
03:56illegal under the country's electoral code to polling stations.
04:00And the foreign ministry said polling stations in Germany and the UK had been targeted by
04:05false bomb threats intended to stop the voting process.
04:09In the wake of Russia's invasion of Ukraine in 2022, Moldova applied to join the European Union.
04:15It was granted candidate status in June of that year, and in summer this year, Brussels

04:23The shift to the West annoyed Moscow, but it denies meddling in the election.
04:33Protesters in Belgrade have demanded the arrest of officials just days after a concrete canopy
04:38collapsed at a railway station, killing 14 people and injuring three.
04:42Police formed a cordon outside the Ministry of Construction and Infrastructure as several
04:47thousand people called for ranking government ministers, including the prime minister, to step down.

05:18The train station has been renovated twice in recent years, and critics of Serbia's government
05:23attributed the disaster to rampant corruption, lack of transparency and sloppy renovations.
05:29Serbia's government has promised a thorough investigation, with prosecutors saying they've
05:33already questioned more than two dozen people.
05:36But critics believe that justice is unlikely to be served with the government in control
05:40of the judicial system and the police.
