00:00The Philippine National Police, or PNP, has already begun to coordinate with the local governments that will be affected by the upcoming typhoon.

00:40to ensure that the effects of the typhoon will not be felt.

00:46particularly those who live in low-lying areas and areas where there may be landslides,

00:52to evacuate as soon as possible to avoid what happened in Matangas

01:26conducted an investigation in an office space in a building along Adriatico Street in Manila

01:32because of a submarine lab scam.

01:34It appears that this is not the first time that authorities have investigated Vertex Technology.

01:39On October 29, the PNP-ACG investigated the site because of a submarine lab scam

01:47and cryptocurrency scam,

01:49where the representative of the Securities and Exchange Commission and PAG-COR are involved in the operation.

01:55What appears in the initial investigation is that those who were previously involved in the scam,

02:01they are presuming that the others are hiding here and working.

02:07So this is precisely the reason why the ACG is being careful in giving some information

02:14because the contents and results of their forensic examination will be critical

02:21regarding the IT equipment.

02:23Fajardo also said that during the operation,

02:26the PNP discovered that Vertex Technology changed its name to Quantum Solution

02:31but this is one of the things they are doing.

02:34In addition, the police first turned over to the embassy

02:38the 68 pieces of evidence found in the discussed building

02:43while the investigation is being conducted.

03:29The PNP said that all the people involved in the illegal operation will not be charged

03:35even if there is an influential person.

03:38Aside from the personalities' names, including like I said,

03:42temporarily, if it can be proven that they are the ones who are using

03:48to operate this alleged illegal scam hub,

03:53they will be included in the case.

03:57And if it can be proven, and we have enough evidence
