00:00Tom, decent, decent performance between both teams, but a slow start. Definitely in that
00:08first half there, we weren't sure whose game it was going to run away with. And plus everybody
00:12gets excited when they see a defensive touchdown, then things turn around. I talked about a
00:16resurgence for the Minnesota Vikings in that second half. So let's start with the first
00:20half because you and I don't get to do the halftime show together on Sunday nights. What
00:24did you see in the first half? And what, what, what adjustments maybe did you make as a better
00:28in that halftime? Yeah, for the Vikings, like I almost wanted to see them take more
00:33shots downfield earlier. Like I wanted to see them kind of flex their offense that we
00:39know that they have, uh, coming off of the loss from the Rams game. Like I, I thought
00:44they wanted to come out flying, right? They had the extra few days of rest, like how they
00:49ended that game, the big plays that Justin Jefferson made on that, on that game. And
00:54they just didn't get things like, you know, kind of like they didn't convert essentially
00:58when it comes to the Rams game, especially the ending. I wanted to see them come out
01:01flying. I want to see them take these deep shots and they just didn't have that early
01:04in the game. They were these dumped down passes. And that's not really where the strength of
01:08their offense is the strength of the offenses. You have Aaron Jones set it up on the ground
01:12game and then you have now pockets in back. So you have this, this middle of the field
01:18threat. And now that allows you to take these play action, deep shots and Justin Jefferson,
01:22like to break off the top of the offense, the defense. So you can like expand your offense
01:26because you have this like core of Jones and Hawkinson underneath. And maybe Jordan asked
01:30him, but they just didn't do that. And eventually they got there. And eventually we saw Darnold
01:35kind of take these shots, 15, 20 yards down the field. So good adjustments from the Vikings
01:40at halftime. They are the better team ultimately, but like this just needed to be a straightforward
01:45game from them. Sam Darnold has got to clean up the, the interceptions, especially that
01:49second interception he had was really bad. Like you get the ball back at the start of
01:53the fourth quarter and you're looking to go up to scores and you immediately turn it over
01:57and put the Colts in scoring position. So it was good stuff from the Vikings. They come
02:01away with the win, which I'm certainly happy about the Colts and you get things figured
02:05out on offense. Like that's just what it comes down to.
