00:00The Philippine Statistics Authority, BSA, has opened the first Civil Registration System Outlet in the Philippines.

00:08Because of that, it is no longer difficult to obtain documents from the residents of the area.

00:22The Philippine Statistics Authority has opened the first Civil Registration System Outlet in the Philippines

00:27which is directed by the government of the agency.

00:30It is no longer difficult to obtain Civil Registry documents

00:33from the residents of the area of Biliran and its nearby towns in Leyte.

00:38This is after the Philippine Statistics Authority has opened the first BSA-managed

00:43Civil Registration System Outlet in Kabiseran ng Naval.

00:46BSA Undersecretary Claire Dennis Mapa said

00:50that this is different from the 72 outlets that are directed by the government of the private agency.

00:57Not only the expansion of our reach, but also the empowerment of the communities in the province.

01:03You may now purchase copies of the Certificates of Marriage, Marriage and Death,

01:10Certificates of No Marriage, Advisory of Marriage, and Certificates of No Death, Certificates of Death.

01:17I am thankful to the BSA and the idea that the BSA has brought to our town in Naval.

01:25It is not easy for us to obtain the records of our youth.

01:30I am also one of the recipients of the BSA.

01:35But I will continue to fight for my process.

01:40Governor Gerard Roger Espina said that the new Civil Registry System Outlet in Biliran

01:46will serve the needs of the community and will facilitate the access of important services,

01:52especially for those living in remote barangays, the elderly, the poor, and the poor.
