00:00And if you're the Dallas Cowboys, you're hoping the answer is no, you have to control quite
00:07a lot and you have to be able to beat a team like the Falcons who via injury help, if I'm
00:12being honest, has found themselves back in control of the NFC South.
00:17This is a game that I feel like so many different seasons, we would expect Dallas to step up
00:22here, be favored, win, rout, roll, high scoring, boom, boom, boom.
00:27But Dallas has continued to look lost against any team that is competent.
00:32I guess the question, Donnie, is how competent are the Atlanta Falcons?
00:35I think competent enough to beat the Dallas Cowboys, the way they're constructed today.
00:39Because what's really going to change?
00:40Like, I actually like Rico Dowdle today, I think he's going to be serviceable on the
00:42ground.
00:43I think he goes nuts.
00:44No.
00:45Is there a chance he gets a touchdown?
00:46Is there a chance he gets 15 plus carries?
00:47Absolutely.
00:48Because they're going to need to run the football if they want to stay in this game and just
00:50not be one dimensional like we've seen the past couple of weeks.
00:53But also, how are we building the Dallas Cowboys coming into this season?
00:57It was CeeDee Lamb.
00:58We knew that.
00:59He's a great wide receiver.
01:00He'll continue to be great.
01:01Dak Prescott putting up great regular season numbers.
01:02A decent offensive line.
01:03You know, a couple wide receivers helping out.
01:05But it was really built on saying, what can this defense do?
01:07Two ball hawks at cornerback, injured at times here, waiting for them to get their starting
01:11formula back.
01:12But also, pass rushing.
01:13Get two of the best pass rushers in the NFL, Joe, down for multiple weeks.
01:17It's apparent now.
01:18The Dallas Cowboys are terrible in defense.
01:19They can't get pressure.
01:20They can't stop the run.
01:21And they can't stop the pass.
01:22That's a recipe for getting blasted.
01:24Yeah, it is.
01:25I actually like them with the points today.
01:27I think they do step up.
01:29We saw them last week, you know, make it close in the fourth quarter entering that game.
01:33They were 3-0 on the road.
01:34Now they're 3-1.
01:35A much better road team, even now, heading into this week than they are, you know, at
01:41home in Big D.
01:42The biggest thing, and I agree with Donnie, one of my better bets today is Rico Daudo
01:45back in the lineup, 44-1.
01:47I think you have to run the football when your defense is inefficient and inconsistent.
01:53Your offense is your best weapon.
01:54Sustained drives, grind out a victory on the road, especially when you have the more consistent
01:59offense in Kirk Cousins that's putting up numbers.
02:02Keep them on the sidelines.
02:03Now, I will say, outside of Rico Daudo, Jake Ferguson could be a factor.
02:08We saw Cade Alton have a huge performance against Atlanta's secondary last week.
02:13Jake Ferguson has a number, I think, around 46-1, altered him up to 60-plus.
02:18Keep an eye out to short to intermediate throws.
02:21That's not to take away from C.D.
02:23He'll eat, but the underneath throws to sustained drives, that's where Dallas, I think, wins
02:27this game.
02:28They gave up .223 on the ground to San Francisco.
02:31No defensive identity, and Mike Zimmer has no clue what he's doing from a defensive coordinator
02:37perspective, but I will take Dallas in this spot, guys.
02:39Yeah, I think it's one of those situations where I made a couple stands with Dallas,
02:44but once I watched the Lions dump them on their head, I said, all right, listen, I got
02:48to back off here.
02:49Now, I'm not running to bet with Atlanta.
02:52You see this number's moving up to 3.5.
02:54That's not really my interest point here, but for the Cowboys, if this is going to fully
02:58flip around, right, and I think they could win this game, but if it's going to fully
03:02flip around, you have to get Micah Parsons back, right?
03:06You probably have to get the Ron Bland back at some point, and we got Trevon Diggs all
03:10of a sudden questionable today with a calf, where even if he plays, that's something that
03:15can easily flare up.
03:16For me, I just think it's more comfortable to find some prop angles in this game, and
03:20I think the best belongs to B. John Robinson, over 24 and a half receiving yards, back-to-back
03:24games for him with 40-plus receiving.
03:27The Cowboys have been crushed by running backs in the receiving game, allowing over 38 yards
03:31per game to the position, and there's no worry about Algier cutting into that portion of
03:36the B. John workload.
03:37I think Kyle Pitts has some room for a good day as well.
03:41CD probably finds the end zone.
03:42This is one of those parlay games the SGP players will love to attack, and it makes
03:47sense with that total of 51 and a half.
