00:00To kind of I guess then maybe go on to your education background then and one thing that
00:05you mentioned of course is people people from backgrounds where they may need more support.
00:08One of the things that the government did announce yesterday was quite a large boost
00:11in funding for SENCO provision. Okay yeah. And you know what would your what would your reaction to
00:16that kind of a policy be? 100% I'm 100% with that and it definitely needs sorting. There's a lack
00:23of it. This city's quite strong this city's quite strong for SENCO. We have three possibly four
00:29specialist schools across the city and but on a ground level I think there needs to be more
00:35in in schools in mainstream schools as well because people unfortunately dare I say it and
00:40I don't you know I'm not very hesitant to say either they are slipping through the net students
00:44are slipping through the net and then they grow up later on in life and they're thinking well if
00:48I had that provision back then then it might have helped me now and that's certainly generational
00:53as well I think because obviously personally from a family standpoint you know I've got my
00:59mum and my dad that say to me all the time oh um it's so much easier so much accessible for us to
01:04get things now the thing is they didn't have that support in schools back then it was just kind of
01:08well you're a naughty kid so you carry on with it so it's very very important to me it's very
01:12close to my heart for that kind of thing so. So in the budget obviously they've um well they
01:17announced it when in advance of the budget but part of that was removing the winter fuel allowance
01:21and you've you told us how that's affected your husband. Well it will because my husband he's got
01:25several um problems and I spend an awful lot of money on gas and electric and until recently
01:32I was spending £210.94 a month on gas and electric and I'm 83 and as you can see
01:41I have mobility problems and I'm forever washing and ironing
01:46and cooking and cleaning looking after him so you know they're picking on their own people.
