01:24The fundamental purpose of the Islamic law is to bring the teachings of the Islamic law to your homes.
01:32So that the women, our sisters, our mothers, daughters, daughters-in-law,
01:38who see the religion and women,
01:42and who want to understand the religion,
01:46and understand the understanding of the religion,
01:50that is, they understand the religion, they understand the religion,
01:52and they can pass the religion on to their relatives, to their loved ones, to their children.
01:58Because, of course, they are the basic unit of the family, they run the house, they live in the house.
02:04So when they understand the religion, they will practice the religion,
02:06because we have been learning the religion so that it can be practiced,
02:10so that it can be practiced.
02:12And we are thankful to the entire team of IRYQ TV,
02:14to our scholars, especially our Sheikh-ul-Hadith Mufti,
02:18who are with us, to them and their scholars, that we are all learning the religion.
02:22But the purpose is that you have to practice it.
02:26In the last few episodes, we have been talking about the laws of Halal and Haram.
02:30That is, Allah, who is our Creator,
02:34the Creator of this whole universe,
02:36whatever commandments He has given, that is better for us.
02:38He is our Creator, He knows better for us what is right and what is not.
02:42Whatever He has forbidden, stop all those things.
02:46Whatever is Halal, do it.
02:48Whatever is Haram, stop it.
02:50We have to stop all the details of it,

07:14our thoughts,
07:16our thoughts,
07:18our thoughts,
07:20our thoughts,
07:22our thoughts,
07:24our thoughts,
07:26So, this means that,
07:28in that food,
07:30either the animal's fat or sweat
07:32has been included.
07:34So, now, there will be four types of that too.
07:36Either it will be pure,
07:38or it will be impure,
07:40or it will be impure or impure.
07:42Now, first of all, let us conclude a principle.
07:44The animals whose meat
07:46is Halal,
07:48the animals whose meat is permissible to eat,
07:50their sweat and their fat
07:52are also pure.
07:54This is the principle for purity.
07:56And the animals whose meat
07:58has been declared Haram by Shariat-e-Mutahara,
08:00their fake,
08:02i.e. their fat or sweat,
08:04their fake will also be
08:06impure for us.
08:08This is Halal and Haram.
08:10If it is pure,
08:12then it is Halal to eat it,
08:14and if it is impure, then it is Haram to eat it.
08:16Now, let us come to this.
08:18First of all,
08:20I will tell you about human's fake.
08:22I am talking about human's fake,
08:24so let me tell you about human's fake.
08:26If any human,
08:28irrespective of his religion,
08:30if he is
08:32very important because of his miracle,
08:34if he is a human's fake,
08:36and he has eaten
08:38pure and Halal food,
08:40then that food is permissible for us.
08:42His food is pure.
08:44Now, if it is a horse,
08:46then the horse's food,
08:48the horse's fake,
08:50according to Shariat-e-Mutahara, is pure
08:52because it is a dead animal, a Jihadi animal.
08:54Now, let us come to
08:56impure food.
08:58As the principle states,
09:00those whose meat is Haram,
09:02their fake will also be impure.
09:04So, those whose meat is Haram,
09:06which animals come in their food,
09:08like dogs,
09:10pigs,
09:12or such animals which are called beasts.
09:14If they have put their face in any food,
09:16then their food
09:18will not be permissible.
09:20Now, along with food,
09:22water will also come.
09:24If a Halal animal
09:26has put his face in any water,
09:28then what is the command of that water?
09:30Either you have to drink that water
09:32or you have to perform ablution with that water.
09:34So, if a pure animal,
09:36a Halal animal has put his face,
09:38then we can perform ablution with that water.
09:40This impure water
09:42will be that water
09:44in which beasts have put their face,
09:46we cannot perform ablution with that water.
09:48We cannot perform Salat with that water.
09:50Now, after these two,
09:52there is one more thing which is very important.
09:54Let me tell you that
09:56there is a word called
09:58Sawaqinul Buyut.
10:00Sawaqin means residents and
10:02Buyut means houses.
10:04Now, those who live in houses,
10:06in the term of Fiqh,
10:08we know them as
10:10Tawafuna, Tawafina.
10:12Like, let me tell you,
10:14it is very difficult to get rid of them.
10:16Now, the cat comes in the house again and again.
10:18It is very difficult to get rid of it.
10:20Now, if the cat,
10:22the meat of the cat is not eaten.
10:24So, what should have been the principle?
10:26According to the principle,
10:28it should also be impure.
10:30But Shariat-e-Mutahhara
10:32has made it easy for us.
10:34Allah Almighty has made it easy for us.
10:36It is proven from Hadith-e-Mubarak
10:38that the Beloved Prophet,
10:40peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
10:42has not given it.
10:44He said,
10:46that it is not among the impure things.
10:48If it gets into something,
10:50then its food is also permissible
10:52and it is also permissible
10:54to perform ablution with that water.
10:56If there is water other than this,
10:58then one should perform ablution
11:00with the water other than this.
11:02If it is not there,
11:04then it is easy for you to perform ablution
11:06with that water.
11:08The fourth type that we mentioned
11:10is the donkey's shoe.
11:12Their shoe is suspicious.
11:14So, one should beware of that.
11:16These are the four types.
11:18Your talk has been completed.
11:20Yes, my talk has been completed.
11:22As you can see,
11:24ladies and gentlemen,
11:26it is being discussed
11:28which animals are permissible
11:30to eat meat.
11:32If an animal puts its face
11:34in a vessel or food,
11:36what will be the punishment?
11:38Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim.
11:40As-salamu alaykum wa rahmatullah.
11:42In the name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
11:44We are discussing which animals
11:46are permissible to eat meat.
11:48If an animal puts its face
11:50in a dish,
11:52what will be the punishment?
11:54We turn to you.
11:56In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
11:58Peace and blessings of Allah be upon
12:00His Beloved, Muhammad and his family and companions.

19:16The Prophet of Allah
19:18did not allow

19:24The Prophet of Allah
19:26did not allow
19:28any of the animals

19:32The Prophet of Allah

19:36any of the animals
19:38to eat meat.
19:40The Prophet of Allah

19:46to eat meat.
19:48The Prophet of Allah

19:52any of the animals
19:54to eat meat.
19:56The Prophet of Allah
19:58did not allow
20:00any of the animals
20:02to eat meat.
20:04The Prophet of Allah
20:06did not allow
20:08any of the animals
20:10to eat meat.
20:38Either we will use it on the body or we will use it as an intake.
20:46So, first let's talk about intake, that is, we will consume it.
20:49So, if we use alcohol in drinking or eating,
20:53and to the extent that it is causing addiction,
20:55then that is absolutely illegal.
20:58Because, everything that is addicted to alcohol,
21:00according to the Quran and Hadith, is Haram.
21:05This is also present in the Quran and Hadith.
21:07Beloved Haqqa, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said,
21:09that everything that is addicted to alcohol is Khamr and everything that is addicted to alcohol is Haram.
21:13That everything that is addicted to alcohol is Khamr and everything that is addicted to alcohol is Haram.
21:17So, Khamr, because the milk of grapes is Khamr,
21:21that is proven from the Quran and Hadith that it is Haram.
21:25So, that is Haram.
21:26And alcohol, because it is not made of grapes,
21:28that Khamr is not mentioned in it.
21:30But, despite this, it will be said that it is a form of intoxication.
21:35When it is taken in a large quantity,
21:37then it is a form of intoxication.
21:38So, if a person is addicted to something,
21:42then it is Haram to take even a small amount of it.
21:46So, it can be used in medicines, but we cannot drink it.
21:50So, drinking it is…
21:52It is different from the relation with clothes.
21:53Yes, but one thing has happened, that we have confusion.
21:56So, for confusion, we have to understand that
21:58intake is prohibited.
21:59Intake is absolutely prohibited.
22:01If we see, then it is Haram.
22:03That is, taking it inside.
22:04Taking it inside.
22:05Eating is prohibited.
22:06Eating, drinking is prohibited.
22:07Now, it is permissible to use it without alcohol.
22:10And the reason for this is that Khamr is not used in it.
22:13And a small amount of it is used in it.
22:17And it is so small that it is neither intoxicating nor is it harmful.
22:21So, it is not intoxicating, so it is permissible to apply it.
22:24And it is not harmful.
22:26So, applying it on the body,
22:28and if it is applied on our clothes or our body,
22:30and we perform Salat, then Salat will also be permissible.
22:32Right.
22:33See, the reason for this is,
22:35many people say that the Ulema have given permission,
22:38or the Ulema have forbidden it.
22:39See, the Ulema do not give permission themselves,
22:41or do not forbid themselves.
22:43There is some principle in their mind,
22:45there is something,
22:46like this verse of the Holy Quran,
22:48which was recited here first,
22:51that Allah Almighty has made everything for us
22:54permissible in this world.
22:58From this, the principle is that everything in the world is permissible for us.
23:02It is permissible to benefit from it,
23:03except for four things.
23:05That is a different thing, a different topic.
23:07So, it is permissible to benefit from all things.
23:09If Shariah Muttahara has to give a command,
23:11then I feel that this thing is not permissible,
23:13this thing is not permissible, this thing is not permissible,
23:15then a command will be given on it.
23:17So, because there is no prohibition of alcohol,
23:20in Shariah, nor in Hadith, nor in the Quran,
23:22therefore, it will be permissible to apply it.
23:24Sir, at this time, we are including a break.
23:26You are watching Deen and Khawateen.
23:28We are talking about the use of alcoholic sprays, body sprays.
23:34Stay with us, we will be back.
23:35This is what we will talk about.
23:36Peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
23:38Yes, Hikam, in this, learn about the women of Deen.
23:42How good is this series,
23:44Deen and Khawateen.
23:46The caller is with us.
23:47Deen is being learned and taught.
23:49Peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
23:52This line has been dropped.
23:55Sister, you can call us again.
23:57And her question is being told to me,
23:59that it is related to Eid, Inshallah, it will be included.
24:03Yes, your talk was completed.
24:05Mufti sahib, I am coming to you.
24:07And it was said in relation to medicines,
24:09that some amount of alcohol is included in them.
24:13And nowadays, in most of the medicines,
24:15the medicine of flu, for cough, cough,
24:18it is used in many things.
24:19What is the Shariah in relation to this?
24:21Alcoholic perfumes, body sprays,
24:24applying them and offering prayers in them,
24:27what is the Shariah in relation to this?
24:29Look, alcohol is obtained from different things.
24:32If alcohol is obtained from grapes,
24:35or from dates, or dates,
24:37then that alcohol is not permissible at all.
24:40The second alcohol, which is obtained from other things,
24:44it is obtained from sugarcane,
24:45it is obtained from fruits of different types,
24:48it is obtained from vegetables,
24:50it is also obtained from petrol.
24:52So, what I said, grapes, sugarcane, dates,
24:55apart from this, the alcohol that is obtained from other things,
24:58the details in it are that,
25:00the opinion of Imam Adam Abu Hanifa and Imam Abu Yusuf
25:05is that, in case of need, a small amount of it is permissible,
25:10for the purpose of treatment.
25:11Whereas, the opinion of Imam Muhammad is that,
25:14it is not permitted at all.
25:16Now, on whom is the fatwa?
25:18The fatwa is on the sayings of Imam Muhammad.
25:21In just a few things, the fatwa is on the sayings of Imam Abu Yusuf
25:25and Imam Adam Abu Hanifa, and what are those things,
25:29in which the general rule is present.
25:31The general rule means that,
25:33there are some arguments of the Shariah,
25:35some arguments are absolute,
25:37and some arguments are fixed.
25:40There are six reasons, six and seven reasons,
25:42from which the fatwa is changed.
25:44One of them is called the general rule.
25:46The general rule means that,
25:48if there is such a problem in something,
25:50the common people, all kinds of people,
25:52the majority get involved in it,
25:54and it is very difficult to avoid it.
25:57And if that thing is related to deductions and deductions,
26:01it is not from the absolute,
26:03if it is a deduction or deductions thing,
26:05then there is a side effect of alleviation,
26:07there is a side effect of leniency,
26:10there is a side effect of exemption.
26:11Now, when we look at the medicines,
26:14the medicines, especially the allopathic medicines,
26:18they use a lot of alcohol.
26:21And it is used in a very small quantity,
26:23it is used in a very small quantity,
26:25neither is it used for intoxication,
26:27nor does anyone else use it for intoxication.
26:30So, because there is a general rule in it,
26:33there is a general rule in it,
26:34the common people are involved in it,
26:36it is very difficult to avoid it.
26:38And this matter is also a deduction.
26:41Therefore, especially in this matter,
26:44the fatwa is on the sayings of Imam Adam Abu Hanifa R.A. and Imam Abu Yusuf R.A.
26:48that it is permissible to take alcohol in medicines only for the purpose of treatment.
26:54If someone takes alcohol without treatment or without medicines,
26:58if someone takes alcohol,
27:00whether it is made from anything,
27:03or obtained from anything,
27:06it is not permitted.
27:07It is permitted only in medicines.
27:09And the permission in medicines,
27:10I have told you that this permission is also special.
27:13Due to treatment, it should not be up to the level of intoxication,
27:16and it should not be from those things.
27:17It should not be from Monacca,
27:18it should not be from dates,
27:19and it should not be from grapes.
27:20It should not be extracted from them.
27:22And usually, what is used in medicines in our country,
27:24it is not extracted from them.
27:26It is extracted from some other fruits,
27:27their peels, vegetables and petrol.
27:31This is the matter of alcohol and medicines.
27:34Now, let's come to the perfume.
27:36So, the matter of perfume is also the same,
27:37it also contains the extract of Awam-e-Khawas.
27:40And the external use of it,
27:42wherever it is generally used,
27:43that is, wherever it is commonly used,
27:46in which Awam-e-Khawas is involved,
27:47there is the aspect of decoction,
27:49there is the aspect of lightening.
27:50Like this, our furniture,
27:53this varnish is also used on this furniture.
27:55Spirit is also used on this furniture.
27:59So, alcohol or spirits,
28:00such things are used externally.
28:03Wherever it is generally used,
28:05there is its lightening,
28:07and wherever it is used, there is decoction.
28:08So, in perfume also,
28:09since it is generally used,
28:11so, there is decoction in it.
28:12But if someone avoids it,
28:14then it is a very good thing.
28:15And some ancient scholars,
28:17they also have a little strict opinion in this matter.
28:20So, if someone follows it,
28:22then it is a very good thing.
28:23But since now it has become common,
28:25and the matter is of feminine nature.
28:28So, the matters of feminine nature,
28:30those of feminine and feminine nature,
28:33when it is generally used in them,
28:34then the aspect of decoction is used in it.
28:36So, now there is a lightening in it,
28:38that if someone applies perfume,
28:40then applying perfume,
28:41according to us,
28:42it is also a free saying,
28:44that you can apply perfume, it is permissible.
28:46And with that perfume-applied cloth,
28:48if someone offers prayer,
28:49then prayer is also done.
28:51Otherwise, it is a different matter.
28:52If someone wants to avoid that suspicious thing
28:54due to his piety,
28:56or if he wants to avoid that which is controversial,
28:58then it is a very good thing.
28:59It is not necessary that
29:01no, you have to apply perfume.
29:02Or you have to offer prayer only after applying perfume.
29:04If someone does not apply perfume,
29:06alcohol-based perfume,
29:08leaving that,
29:09if someone applies perfume,
29:11it is a very good thing that someone uses it.
29:13There is no such thing in it.
29:14But if someone uses this perfume,
29:16alcoholic,
29:17then this perfume is also permitted.
29:19Okay.
29:20Sir, body sprays,
29:21which are sprayed directly on the body?
29:23Sprays are also like that,
29:24in that also, it is permitted.
29:26It is permitted.
29:26Okay, thank you very much.
29:28Okay, I, Sir,
29:30Actually, this is a different matter.
29:31In body sprays,
29:32it should be taken care that
29:33sometimes such chemicals are used,
29:35that the chemicals are harmful,
29:37harmful to health.
29:39So, in this aspect,
29:40it is better to avoid it.
29:41It is better to avoid using it directly on the body.
29:46And this is the matter,
29:47I also talk about perfume.
29:49Apart from perfume,
29:50I am talking about perfume especially.
29:52In perfume also,
29:53this is Sunnah.
29:54It is proven from the Holy Prophet,
29:56peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
29:58that he used to apply perfume on his hair also.
30:01Okay.
30:01So, the way you used to apply perfume on your body,
30:04or on your clothes,
30:06or on your bed sheet,
30:07you used to apply perfume on your hair also.
30:09So, some people still apply perfume
30:11with the intention of performing Sunnah.
30:14So, I explain,
30:15I say this as a student,
30:17that the perfume that we get,
30:19these are the chemical perfumes.
30:21The perfume that the Holy Prophet,
30:23peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
30:24used to use,
30:25it was purely fragrant.
30:27In our society,
30:28the perfumes that are available,
30:29I am talking about non-alcoholic,
30:31I am talking about perfume,
30:31those also have chemicals in them.
30:34And these chemicals,
30:35they are harmful for the body also,
30:37for the body also,
30:38and for the hair also.
30:40So, in this,
30:41as it is a matter of health,
30:43it is better to stay away from it.
30:45But if someone applies it,
30:46then it is permissible,
30:47it cannot be considered as a sin.
30:49Yes, Huzoor,
30:50Mashallah,
30:51for our viewers,
30:53you are beneficial in every way.
30:55You are also explaining that
30:56you have to take care of your hair also.
30:58Okay, Aaliyah sister has asked a question.
31:01She is asking,
31:02what is the status of divorce?
31:04And in the presence of the husband,
31:06the judge had said that
31:07you have been divorced.
31:08But some questions,
31:10some issues people are creating,
31:11that no, you have not been divorced.
31:12What will be the ruling?
31:13Look, divorce in our society,
31:15has the status of divorce.
31:17We say that divorce is divorce,
31:19and divorce is divorce.
31:21Because divorce is divorce,
31:22and the principle about divorce is this,
31:24which is stated in the Holy Quran,
31:25in Furqan-e-Hameed,
31:26in the Holy Quran,
31:28Now, if the marriage is fixed,
31:30the marriage is in the hands of the husband.
31:32If the husband opens it, it will be opened.
31:33Otherwise, the marriage will not be opened.
31:36So, divorce is also because it is divorce,
31:38and divorce is only by giving it to the husband.
31:41Now, this divorce through the court,
31:43sometimes it happens that
31:45they call the husband,
31:46the husband is also present,
31:47and he agrees.
31:48He says it formally,
31:51or he signs the papers of the divorce.
31:54So, okay, in this case,
31:55the divorce happens.
31:56Because the husband has agreed,
31:57he has signed,
31:58he has said it verbally,
31:59or he has signed it in writing,
32:00he has signed it,
32:01this is okay.
32:02But, often it happens in our society,
32:05that when the situation is bad,
32:07the woman is asking for a divorce,
32:09the man does not want to give the divorce.
32:12Now, when this happens,
32:13what do they do?
32:14Sometimes, when they meet the lawyers,
32:16the summons,
32:16many times, the lawyers do not let the summons reach.
32:20They are wasted from the setting,
32:23the husband does not even know.
32:25And now, the principle of the court is this,
32:26when there are three cases in the court,
32:28if the husband does not come to the three cases,
32:30then usually the court releases the one-sided degree of the divorce.
32:34Now, the one-sided degree of the divorce of the court,
32:38this degree, in our opinion,
32:39because the divorce is a mutual divorce,
32:41and the right to divorce is with the man,
32:44only the man can give it,
32:45and no one can divorce from the man
32:48without the permission of the man.
32:50If a man has made someone a lawyer,
32:51that is a different matter.
32:52The man did not make a lawyer,
32:54the man did not even present himself,
32:55he does not even know,
32:56or he knows, but he is not satisfied with it,
32:58he is not agreeing,
32:59and the one-sided degree is being released,
33:01then in this case, there is no divorce,
33:04there is no divorce.
33:06This is crystal clear.
33:08Now, let's come to another case.
33:10One is Faskh-e-Nikah.
33:12Faskh-e-Nikah means that in some particular cases,
33:16in some special cases,
33:18the Shariah gives the right to the judge
33:21that the judge terminates the Nikah.
33:23There is no divorce in that.
33:24Without divorce, the judge terminates the Nikah.
33:28But the right that the judge has in this case by the Shariah
33:31is limited in some particular cases.
33:35It is not always there.
33:36So, even in the case of divorce,
33:38if it is the case of Faskh-e-Nikah,
33:40and all the conditions of Faskh-e-Nikah are kept,
33:44then in this case, Faskh-e-Nikah will be done,
33:47but the term of divorce will not be appropriate for it,
33:49it cannot be called divorce.
33:51But usually, in our society,
33:54people do not look into such details.
33:57People do not know much about Shariah details,
34:01and they do not have much of a mind either.
34:03So, they think that the woman is worried,
34:06that she has to issue a degree, and the degree is issued.
34:09So, we cannot tell such a fixed rule
34:14that it has happened or not.
34:15So, we do a fundamental thing,
34:18that the term of divorce,
34:20because it is a divorce,
34:22it is related to the husband.
34:25So, until the husband is not satisfied,
34:27the husband is not agreed,
34:29or the husband has not signed the divorce papers himself,
34:31or has not said that he is divorced,
34:33until then,
34:34there is no term of divorce,
34:36by issuing a degree for anyone.
34:38Now, the next thing is whether Faskh-e-Nikah is there or not.
34:40So, for Faskh-e-Nikah, we say that
34:42whoever has such a case,
34:44he should go to any of his close relatives,
34:48and report his case there,
34:50because there is a time for Dar-e-Liftah.
34:53Mufti sahib calls the parties,
34:54and takes all the details,
34:56and according to that, he tells
34:58whether the situation of Faskh-e-Nikah is there or not.
35:01A general thing that we usually tell from the program is that
35:05it is not right to issue a one-sided degree of the court.
35:08It happened in the presence of the husband,
35:09it happened with his consent,
35:10he said it verbally,
35:11or signed the papers,
35:12then the divorce took place.
35:14But you are also explaining that
35:15one should personally go to Dar-e-Liftah
35:17regarding their issues.
35:19So that one should always refer to Dar-e-Liftah
35:21in detail.
35:23Okay, thank you very much, Mufti sahib.
35:24I thank both of you,
35:27Alima Wazeela Siddiqui,
35:29you, Alima Asad Afnaz,
35:31you, ladies and gentlemen,
35:33thank you very much for calling us,
35:35and bringing your queries to our platform.
35:38Alhamdulillah, Sheikh-ul-Hadees is present with us,
35:41your queries are addressed.
35:43Mashallah, it is also a great blessing
35:45that Allah the Almighty is granting us these opportunities,
35:49it is a great blessing.
35:50And our scholars,
35:52thank you both very much,
35:54and with your thanks,
35:56we conclude today's program.
35:58And we pray to Allah the Almighty
36:01that whoever is putting their share in this,
36:07may they be accepted and accepted,
36:09and may Allah be pleased with us all.
36:11Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu.
36:15O' ladies and gentlemen, look at the gift of our Master.
36:21O' how wonderful is that which He has bestowed upon us.
36:26O' ladies and gentlemen, learn the commandments of this Messiah.
36:33How wonderful is the connection between religion and women.
36:40How wonderful is the connection between religion and women.
