00:32in place, including 1,113 personnel, 102 heavy equipment units, 2,190 light equipment units,

00:41and 85 motor vehicles.

00:43Meanwhile, his Region 2 or Cagayan Valley counterpart Editha Babaran stated her office

00:48has 43 personnel, 11 heavy equipment, 12 light machinery, and two motor vehicles on standby

00:55for backup and or reinforcement purposes.

00:59And in the meantime, clearing work and damage assessment in Batanes would only kick off

01:03once weather conditions permit.
