00:15This is the scene of a police chase in a wrecked taxi in Morong Rizal early yesterday.
00:23The driver was holding on but ran away after being victimized by a taxi driver.
00:29The taxi driver was also carnapped.
00:31According to the police, the hold-up happened at 11pm last Tuesday.
00:36This suspect is from Aurora Boulevard, Quezon City.
00:41He booked a taxi to go to Angono.
00:45When he reached Angono, he declared a hold-up.
00:51He pointed his gun at the driver of the taxi.
00:54The victim was fined P1,500 and his ID.
00:58The taxi driver was taken to a dark part of a subdivision in Angono.
01:03The driver tracked the direction of the taxi driver with the help of a car's GPS.
01:08During the ongoing hot pursuit, when he reached the town of Tanay,
01:14he was hit by a tricycle heading to Baras.
01:21The opposite direction, he hit the carrier.
01:27The two passengers and the tricycle driver met with an accident.
01:32Three tricycles, including the driver, were injured.
01:36A female passenger fractured her right knee.
01:40The taxi driver did not stop the hot pursuit until he reached Barangay Halayhayin in Pililya, Rizal.
