00:00Armie Hammer, very proudly tooting his own horn.
00:03I say proudly because he's talked about wanting
00:06to make a comeback in Hollywood after the allegations
00:10that surfaced a few years ago, you know,
00:13that he had moved to the Cayman Islands,
00:15was living there, and really seemed like he was resigned
00:18to the fact that he wasn't coming back to Hollywood.
00:20And was working at one of the resorts down there.
00:23But he is now showing off his new script,
00:27showing himself on set, filming a Western.
00:30He's doing a Western.
00:31Based on the script in his hand,
00:33it's called the Frontier Crucible.
00:35And he is, as he says, back in the saddle.
00:37Gotta say, Armie Hammer was cleared by the DA.
00:41And, you know, we talked about this before,
00:44that, you know, time passes, and unsurprising to me.
00:48Yeah, especially because he was cleared,
00:50that it makes it easier for a studio to say.
00:52Yeah, definitely.
00:53And it looks like it's a smaller independently
00:56financed film, so it's not like a huge film.
00:58But like you said, Harvey, I mean,
00:59we've covered so many actors over the years
01:02who've had these huge controversies, legal issues.
01:05I mean, Jonathan Majors, Johnny Depp,
01:07are just a few that come to mind.
01:08And at the end of the day, they all end up coming back.
01:11They all end up doing movies.
01:13And I think this is just like him
01:15dipping his toe in the water, eventually.
01:17Well, if it does well.
01:18I mean, listen, in this town, nothing succeeds like success.
01:21And if it does well, you graduate back.
01:24Hi, my name is Brandy Blanton from Dayton, Ohio.
01:27And I watched a little bit of the podcast he was on.
01:29And I found it so strange that he almost laughed
01:32at the fact that people were saying
01:34that he was eating people,
01:35because those DMs were out there for people to see.
01:38But he wasn't eating people.
01:39But he wasn't eating people.
01:40Right, he wasn't.
01:41He wasn't eating people,
01:42but it's still pretty controversial.
01:44And those DMs were kind of bad, I guess, in my opinion.
01:49But, you know, people do change,
01:50and hopefully that is the case in this situation,
01:53and not just the way to get him back into Hollywood.
01:56But, in my opinion, there's a whole lot more
01:58other people out there with a lot less controversy
02:01make famous.
02:02Yeah, but he's got credentials, you know?
02:05So, we will see.
