00:00you know, this women are afraid of being attacked all the time.
00:03Tell me a little bit about about that and saying that and the reaction to it.
00:07The reaction has been wild.
00:11It's definitely not something that I had
00:14expected and I didn't necessarily set out to sort of make a splash.
00:19But I do think there's something really
00:21telling about the society that we're in right now and about how open women want
00:26to be with the men in their lives about their experience, that so many
00:32men and women that I know from all over the world have gotten in touch with me
00:36about this one comment, which is, again, I would urge people, please,
00:40please, please to watch this in context.
00:42Please watch the whole interview or watch
00:45at least that part of the conversation, because it really wasn't about the boys
00:49weren't sort of like debunking anything that I was saying.
00:53But at the same time, it's sort of
00:56it felt very similar to like when I am at dinner with a bunch of my friends and I
01:01will always make the point that, you know, well, this is actually an experience that
01:06we go through every single day, 100 percent of the time.
01:10And Paul being one of my very dear friends,
01:13I've had conversations like that with him before.
01:16And he completely gets that and completely understands that.
01:19But I think the fact that there was a moment like that that happened on a show
01:25like Graham Norton, which is something that the entire nation tunes in to watch
01:29and even overseas, it's something that people tune into.
01:32It seems to have had an accessibility,
01:35which seems to have really gained traction, which I think is amazing.
01:38You know, it's it's opening a conversation.
01:41And again, hopefully it's allowing more and more women to just be like, well,
01:46yeah, actually, let's talk about our experience.
