00:00The House Quad Committee is set to resume its probe on the war on illegal drugs of former
00:04President Rodrigo Duterte on November 7. According to Quadcom Lead Chair Robert Ace Barbers,
00:11they will once again invite the former president and are hopeful he will also attend their hearing
00:17like in the Senate. In a statement, former Senator Antonio Trellanes IV said,
00:21the transcripts of the Quadcom hearings, as well as the separate Senate hearing on the drug war,
00:27have been submitted to the International Criminal Court, or ICC, and can supposedly be used in the
00:34ICC probe. However, Representative Barbers clarified they were not the ones who submitted it,
00:40emphasizing that the country has its own justice system.
