01:15The city of Fugo, in the barangay of Maluno North, in Benito Solivenza, Isabela, was also isolated for four days.

01:23Mr. Vicencio, 10 out of his 30 chickens were affected by the flood.

01:30The first ones I was able to save were 3 chickens and a pig.

01:35I did not see the other 10 chickens.

01:38We wanted to leave, but suddenly a flood came.

01:43Because we could not leave.

01:45That is why the GMA Capuso Foundation, the 5th Infantry Division of the Philippine Army,

01:51prepared food in Tugegarao East Central School and gave food packs.
