This is the moment a driver was caught on camera making an illegal turn on an A road slip road.
The black vehicle can be seen driving on the designated London-bound M2 slip from the A249 Maidstone-bound in Kent.
However, after seemingly realising that they took a wrong turn, the motorist is filmed driving off the A249 slip road and onto the Stockbury roundabout’s designated London-bound slip road - instead to avoid joining the M2.
The manoeuvre, which was filmed at 1.25pm on March 11, meant the car was travelling on the wrong side of the road so it could rejoin the roundabout once more.
At the time, the M2 junction five London-bound exit slip at Stockbury was shut, meaning the A249 Maidstone-bound was closed from the Stockbury roundabout to Church Hill, with no access to the A249 from Oad Street or South Green Lane.
