01:01I think they could win playoff games. Now, the Big Ten, there's some interesting things
01:06happening outside of just top-ranked Oregon and Penn State. Indiana's won. Illinois, six
01:12and one, huge win over Michigan over the weekend. That was a celebration of Red Grange 100 years
01:20ago with some fascinating Illinois helmets. That was a big win for Brett Bielema. A couple
01:25of weeks ago, they needed offense. They needed 50 points and overtime to beat Purdue. This
01:30past weekend, it was defense. So Illinois continues to find ways to win as they climb
01:35in the top 25. My third team out of the Big Ten I want to discuss, Scott, is Wisconsin.
01:41Now, I know the last three games were against Purdue, Rutgers, and Northwestern, not exactly
01:47a murderer's row of opponents. But those three games, they combined to win 117 to 16.
01:56And I'm starting to get a feeling that Wisconsin is turning the corner under Luke Fickle. Bit
02:01of a disappointment in 2023. Some struggles early on, lost to Alabama. But Wisconsin is
02:07coming on like a locomotive heading into Saturday night showdown against Penn State. Huge opportunity
02:15for the Badgers. Now, week nine, the one thing I'm going to say is, if you can play hooky
02:20on any of your responsibilities, if you can fake an illness, this is the time to do it.
02:26I love this schedule of games in week nine, beginning Thursday night, unbeaten Pitt hosts
02:32Syracuse. Friday night, UNLV hosts Boise State and Ashton G.T. Not just the Mountain West
02:39on the line, but possibly a group of five playoff berth. And then Saturday is loaded.
02:45ND against Navy at 12 o'clock at MetLife. A huge opportunity for the midshipmen. And
02:52then 730 A&M against LSU. Two teams that lost in week one and have won six straight. Home
03:00team has won seven in a row. That should be a fascinating game between those two SEC schools.
