00:11This has been empty since Covid and we are hoping to bring it back to life as we're just about to see.
00:20Okay. Lee, what's special about what you're offering, please?
00:24Well, I think it's a mixture of a pub and cafe. It's a bit more European than what we're used to.
00:32So people don't just want to come here in the evenings and drink beer. People want a nice cup of coffee, nice patisseries, nice capes.
00:40And Nick, the manager here, the proprietor, is renowned for these kinds of offerings.
00:47And he's been running the Pump House in Gosport for some years now, and now he's running this.
00:54So we have absolute confidence that he's going to do a great job here.
00:58And it'll be great for the people of Gosport to be able to get a takeaway coffee as they pass or stop in the cafe for an hour or two and enjoy the coffee and cake.
