00:00The Department of Social Welfare and Development, or DSWD,
00:04is still unable to provide assistance to our fellow countrymen in the Bicol region.
00:08In the town of Talisay in Camarines Norte,
00:11more than 15 barangays were given assistance for more than 1,000 families.
00:15The agency also did not forget to provide assistance in the evacuation of Viga, Catanduanes.
