00:30Aside from the flood, three trucks sandwiched the scene after they tried to push the flood here on the road.
00:39One of them is a trailer truck while the other is loaded with rice.
00:44On our trip here to Araneta Avenue, we saw several roads that were flooded due to the rain that was experienced last night until early this morning.
00:58Many houses on the side of the road were flooded.
01:02According to some of the residents we talked to, some of them reached up to 20 feet and their house was hit by the flood.
01:09They are now having a hard time cleaning their houses, especially those who have businesses like street vendors or sari-sari stores.
01:17But the flood is not a problem because they don't have customers who are still receiving the flood in their area.
01:22Meanwhile, several people from the MMDA were brought here to monitor the length of Araneta Avenue.
01:28They are guiding the motorists on the roads that they can pass through to avoid their vehicles from crashing.
01:36According to the MMDA and some of the residents we talked to, the flood reached up to 20 feet last night due to the heavy rain.
01:46Because of the continuous flooding along Araneta Avenue, some motorcycles were able to pass through.
01:55We only saw one vehicle that was able to pass through properly.
