00:22The center of the Christine storm was last seen earlier this morning
00:27200 kilometers east of Casiguran, Aurora.
00:31At the moment, this is still classified as a tropical storm.
00:36It has a wind speed of 85 kilometers per hour,
00:41and a wind speed of 105 kilometers per hour.
00:45The storm quickly spread to the north-northwestward direction.

02:51Our Gale Warning is high in the whole seaboard of Luzon and Isayas.
02:57We also have Heavy Rainfall Advisory due to storms.
03:01Intense to torrential rains are expected in Cagayan, Isabela, Isayas, Aurora, Quezon, Tanduanes, Camarines Norte, and Camarines Sur.
03:13Heavy to intense is expected in the rest of Cagayan Valley, west of Cordillera Administrative Region, Ilocos Region, Rizal, Albay, and Sorsogon.
03:23Moderate to heavy is expected in the rest of Central Luzon, west of Calabarzon, Metro Manila, Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, Marimduque, Romblon, Calamian Islands, Masbate, and Northern Samar.
03:38Storms are expected to landfall in Isabela later tonight, and the Philippine Area of Responsibility will exit on Friday.
03:48We urge our countrymen to prepare for the strong winds and rains that may result in flooding and earthquakes.
03:59Storms are expected to be strong in the Severe Tropical Storm category before it lands.
