00:00Good morning! I'm still here at Caliraya Bridge in Mayaguezon City.

00:13It's raining cats and dogs here.

00:16It's a typhoon, even though it's hitting the northern Luzon, it's still affecting some parts of our country.

00:24We can see in the latest satellite image that the typhoon has hit the entire Luzon.

00:30The red rainfall warning is now high in Catanduanes, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, and some parts of Albay.

00:36Orange rainfall warning in some parts of Albay, some parts of Sonsugon, and the entire Quezon Province.

00:42Meanwhile, the Metro Manila, Rizal, Laguna, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, some parts of Sonsugon, some parts of Masbate, and the entire Northern Samar are still under yellow rainfall warning.

00:53There's also a rainfall advisory in Bohol, Biliran, Southern Leyte, Palawan, and Sinampanig of Cebu, Negos Oriental, Samar, and Eastern Samar.

01:01Residents are being alerted in the mentioned areas from the flood and landslide.

01:06The forecast will last until 8 this morning.
