00:40In this type of rain, fellow countrymen, residents in flood-affected areas or landslides should be alerted.
00:46The center of the typhoon Nica was observed 100 kilometers east-southeast of Casiguran, Aurora.
00:53At this time, fellow countrymen, the typhoon is strong at 120 kilometers per hour and when it hits, it reaches 150 kilometers per hour and moves west-northwest at a speed of 20 kilometers per hour.
