00:27So here I have used Pillsbury's premix. You can use any company's premix.
00:33But it should be of good quality.
00:35So let's see what all things are required to make this cake.
00:39So first of all, I have taken a plastic bowl here.
00:42Along with that, I have taken a weighing scale and two cake tins which are of 6 inches.
00:48Along with that, I have also taken a spatula and a brush.
00:52And along with that, I have taken a premix which is eggless.
00:56Along with that, our premix is going to be of vanilla flavor.
01:00You can use any essence in this.
01:03You can make a cake of all flavors except chocolate.
01:08So first of all, let's start the weighing machine and put the bowl.
01:12So here you can see our bowl is of 100 grams.
01:15If we press the tear button here, it will be zero.
01:19There will be no weight left in the machine.
01:22Now you will start adding your premix here.
01:25So friends, here I have used 150 grams premix to make two cakes.
01:32If you want to make a cake of one pound, you can take 150 grams premix.
01:37So friends, here I have taken 300 grams premix and its half water.
01:42That means I have added 150 grams of water here.
01:45And now we will take a spatula here and keep rotating it.
01:50The way we make any batter, we have to make it in the same way.

04:08So I had already cut the butter paper in round shape.

04:13we will spread our oil brush over it like this.
04:19This way our cake will not stick in the tin.
04:23And the cake will come out very easily.
04:27So friends, if you apply oil and flour in the tin,
04:31then do try this trick once.
04:34See, the cake comes out very well.
04:37It comes out very easily.
04:39In addition, the side base of the cake becomes hard.
04:43That's why if you make it this way,
04:46your cake will be soft from the side.
04:49Now let's divide it into two parts.
04:52So here I have measured it and put it.
04:55So I have transferred it in about 220 grams in one tin.
05:00So here the batter has been put in both our tins.
05:03Now we will tap it so that the air bubbles in our cake will come out.
05:09And there will be no hole in our cake.
05:13So now let's bake it in a preheated oven for 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
05:22Sometimes the cake is baked in 15 minutes.
05:25It depends on your OTG or oven.
05:28You can check it after 15 minutes.
05:32So here you can see that our cake has come out so well.
05:37We will run a palette knife on the side of the tin with light hands.
05:42So our cake will come out.
05:44And how soft it is ready from the side.
05:47And as I said, the side part becomes hard.
