00:00Before what the England team look like and the new manager Thomas Tuchel.
00:02Hi and welcome to Manchester World. Today we're going to have a look at what sort of team we would expect new head coach Thomas Tuchel to put out for his first England game.
00:10Now we're going to base it on the squad that was most recently called up.
00:12Much of Tuchel's best success at Chelsea came with the 3-4-3 formation.
00:16Now although he moved away from that with Bayern, there's a strong argument that England have the right personnel to be effective in that system, so we're going to go with that.
00:22In goal we're going to go Pickford.
00:23Back three, it will have John Stones, who's still a great player and great leader.
00:27With Mark Gahey doing enough to operate next to him, we think Levi Caldwell should be the left centre-back.
00:32He's physical enough to be an imposing defender and can step across to left-back if necessary.
00:36Across the floor in midfield, Trent should be on the right.
00:37His crossing ability can finally be utilised effectively with Rice and Jude in midfield.
00:42We're going to put Saka on the left, which is slightly controversial, but with Caldwell behind him, we think there'll be enough bite on that side to keep the team solid defensively.
00:49Up front, Harry Kane had great success under Tuchel at Bayern.
00:53With Foden and Parma being able to operate behind him, let us know what yours would be and follow Manchester World for more.
