00:00You of course had a big weekend out there in Spain, you know, it's been a while since
00:07we saw you almost a year because of course you'll be chasing one man down that doesn't
00:11seem to want to fight you and we'll talk about that later on.
00:14But how has it been for you going through this, you know, this long layoff that you've
00:18had?
00:19I know you're a guy who wants to get in there.
00:20You want to fight.
00:21You don't want to, you know, have this time off.
00:22What was it like for you having this long layoff?
00:24How did you stay fresh?
00:25What were the things you were doing to, you know, really kind of pass the time as you
00:29waited for someone to finally step up and want to fight you?
00:32You know, I pretty much stay in the gym regardless of whether or not I'm in camp anyways, but
00:37I did get, I guess we call it teased a little bit, you know, throughout the whole 11 months
00:42I was supposed to fight.
00:43So I feel like I've been in an 11 month camp.
00:47Silver lining to that is it made me that much better.
00:50I mean, as everyone's seen, I came out and I probably had one of my best performances
00:54yet and it'll continue to grow, but it is what it is.
01:00And I just hope that I get back in there sooner this time.
01:04We're hoping so as well.
01:05What were, you know, if you can talk about some of them, I know we had the King Mo fight
01:08that was supposed to happen that fell through that, you know, we'll talk about in a second,
01:11but were there other, what was some of the other ones that you're talking about that
01:13might've been teased or, you know, were there a bunch of fights that kind of were put out
01:16there and pulled away?
01:17What was the situation that you were facing as you were sitting there waiting for something
01:22to come through?
01:23Yeah, it's, it's a little bit of, uh, trying to find somebody who actually is deserving
01:28of the title shot.
01:29I mean, there's plenty of guys that, you know, are, are calling me out, but they have like
01:33three fights, you know, I'm, I'm now on my 10th.
01:36So it's, it's, it's just hard to match make for this scenario.
01:41So outside of getting like some bigger names, people who got some pool, um, it's, it's just
01:47tough.
01:48And then the more teasing part wasn't so much opponents as it was locations and things just
01:53got kind of bounced around, you know, BKOC is making moves or they're growing and things
01:58just play out the way they do.
02:00And, but at the end of the day, everything came together perfectly and we shined and
02:04we're growing.
02:05So we just going to keep on riding the wave and I'm happy as can be.
