00:34As soon as the CCTV caught him, a man closed the door of the room
00:39until he saw a man in black and a man in a garileo standing.
00:45He was holding a gun.
00:47The woman, wearing a white T-shirt, was also standing, looking pitiful.
00:52But the man, wearing a black T-shirt, could see that the gun was pointed upwards.
00:58The conversation didn't stop until it got hot.
01:03The man, wearing a black T-shirt, was still trying to stop the man next to him.
01:06But later on, he repeatedly fired a gun.
01:09The man didn't have a gun to point upwards.
01:12After that, he left the room as if nothing had happened.
01:16The Makati Police identified the victim as Liu Jiaben, 29 years old.
01:21He was taken to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival.
01:24Four bullets hit the victim in the hand, arm, and chest.
01:29The motive for the shooting is not yet clear.
01:32But the police is looking for something.
01:35It could be business-related and the angle of the love triangle is being looked at.
01:41Eight bullets were found in the crime scene.

01:47The police is still investigating if the shooting was premeditated
01:51because if it was premeditated, the suspect would be charged with murder.

04:48on a national level, replicating the DABA model.
04:54Former PCSO General Manager Rolina Garman was convinced
04:58that he had a reward system during the war against drugs during Duterte's administration
05:02where there was a deposit of up to Php 1 million for those who can kill drug suspects.
