00:00A couple of great divisional duels this week in the National
00:06Football League. None better than what we will see in
00:09Minneapolis. The Vikings return from London with a five and oh
00:12record. A bye week to get rested and refreshed and now host the
00:17Detroit Lions to in week number seven and what a matchup we
00:23have. The five and oh Vikings along with Kansas City, one of
00:25two remaining undefeated teams in the NFL and a five and one
00:29Lions team that after the dismantling of Dallas last week
00:33at the star, Joe, many are looking at Detroit as maybe the
00:37best team in the conference in the NFC as a whole. Fifty and a
00:42half is the total. One of a handful of games that features
00:46a total of fifty or higher this weekend and in the Monday, the
00:51Vikings though, a home favorite. Will it be Minnesota's first
00:55loss of the season or will the Vikings be the team making the
00:59statement on Sunday over Detroit? Yeah, I mean, listen
01:03just terrible what happened to Aiden Hutchinson in that game
01:07there with the broken tibia and and obviously going to miss him
01:10for the rest of the season considering that he was
01:13responsible for more than half of the pressures on other
01:17quarterbacks from this Lions defense. He is probably just
01:21absolutely indispensable and you know, I don't care who they
01:24throw out there. You're not going to be able to replace it.
01:26So, the defense of Detroit got a little bit worse. However,
01:31it's a game of matchups here, right? And I may be crazy but
01:34Jared Goff as he's gotten older in this league has gotten way
01:39better and recognizing the Blitz and dealing with pressure.
01:43In fact, against Dallas six to seven for a buck. 78 when they
01:48tried to collapse the pocket and Blitz him. Nobody Blitz is
01:52more than Minnesota that defense. We're talking about a
01:5652% Blitz rate. There are far too many weapons on the field
02:00for Detroit. If you are going to go all out and try to go get
02:03Jared Goff, good luck. Uh there could be a lot of points in this
02:08game and that's exactly where I would look. No way am I
02:12sweating out in under here because again, Detroit's
02:15defense got a little worse unfortunately last week. You
02:19won the game but boy oh boy at a big big cost but either way
02:24it's an over for me in this game.
