00:00The Pasig Regional Trial Court ruled that Pastor Apolo Quibuloy was under hospital arrest.
00:06Because of that, Quibuloy will remain in the PNP Custodial Center in Camp Krame in Quezon City.
00:12He was detained there because of child and sexual abuse cases and qualified human trafficking that he previously denied.
00:19According to Quibuloy's lawyer, Attorney Israelito Torreon,
00:22the court said that Quibuloy can be brought to the General Hospital in Camp Krame in case of a medical emergency.
00:30They will appeal the decision.
00:32While defending Quibuloy, Attorney Torreon will also answer the claims of sedition and inciting to sedition
00:40filed by PNP-CIDG against him and 11 others.
00:45He said that the complaints are just a side-tracking issue.
00:49That's because of their interference when the police filed a warrant of arrest for Quibuloy
00:54and his 5 accused in the Kingdom of Jesus Christ compound in Davao City in August.
