00:00Claims of sedition and inciting to sedition were filed against the lawyer of Kingdom of Jesus Christ leader Pastor Apollo Q. Buloy and several other leaders and members of the group.

00:13Rafi, the claims of sedition and inciting to sedition were filed against Pastor Apollo Q. Buloy in the KOJC compound in Davao in August.

00:27CIDG Chief Brigadier General Nicholas Torre III himself was the one who filed the complaint in front of the prosecutors here in the Department of Justice.

00:34Aside from Torreon, the KOJC Executive Secretary Eleanor Cardona, former NTFL CAC spokesperson Lorraine Badoy, and other individuals

00:44also filed a complaint against the police for serving a warrant of arrest against Q. Buloy and his four fellow accused.

00:50General Torreon also said that these individuals, members of the KOJC, were accused of standing against the government

00:57and obstructing what they were doing during the legitimate police operation.

01:01This complaint was added to the Direct Assault, Physical Injuries, and Disobedience that was first filed by the PNP against some individuals and members of the KOJC.

01:11The police spent more than two weeks in the KOJC compound in Davao before the authorities got hold of Q. Buloy.

01:20The complaints will be under the evaluation of the National Prosecution Service before they are sent to the Preliminary Investigation.
