00:00A four-year-old boy was killed after a metal railing fell on Pasil Fish Port in Cebu City.

00:08The CCTV footage shows that the victim was carrying the railings.

00:11The other child climbed up and down the railings and fell on his back.

00:15Later, the railings fell and the victim was injured.

00:19The people there helped him and took him to the hospital.

00:22But because of the wound, he had to be transferred to another hospital.

00:26He was later brought back to life.

00:29The President of Pasil Fish Port spoke out.

00:33The boy's family did not file a complaint.

00:36The Cebu City LGU promised to pay all the hospital bills and to bury the victim.
