00:18Due to the strong winds and heavy rains caused by the Ferdie and Habagat floods this weekend,

00:22that boat and its five passengers were hit by the floods in Busuanga, Palawan.

00:27According to the authorities, the passengers were rescued and safe

00:30after some volunteers responded.

00:33They said they came from the town of Culion and asked to go home for the incident.

00:40That boat did not pass through Barangay Concepcion in Puerto Princesa

00:43after it was flooded due to the continuous rain.

00:49An aircraft left Pamalican Airport due to the rain.
