00:00The Department of Energy and Presidential Communications Office prepared various activities for the youth

00:07when it comes to the importance of energy efficiency and conservation.

00:11This is followed by the construction of their campus caravan

00:15with the theme of You Have the Power,

00:18written by Gab Villegas.

00:22The construction of the You Have the Power campus caravan of the Department of Energy

00:26and Presidential Communications Office is the fifth installment of the You Have the Power campus caravan.

00:32Aside from the caravan, the youth will experience freedom

00:35when it comes to the importance of energy efficiency and conservation.

00:38The DOE and PCO prepared various activities,

00:42such as the Quizbee,

00:43where the students tested their knowledge

00:45when it comes to energy efficiency and conservation,

00:48renewable energy,

00:49water efficiency,

00:50resiliency and sustainability.

00:52There are also booths for the students

00:54where they have the opportunity to win prizes.

00:57According to PCO Assistant Secretary Patricia Kale-Martin,

01:01it is important for the active participation of the youth

01:03in solving the problem of the country when it comes to energy.

01:06Just like the simple removal of appliances or gadgets from the socket,

01:10especially if it is not used.

01:12For MAPUA University President and CEO Dr. Doge Maestre Campo,

01:17they are working hard to promote energy efficiency and conservation

01:20as a goal for the country's energy sustainability.

01:24Addressing this challenge isn't just for big companies or policy makers.
