00:00The first meeting was held in Jammu and Kashmir on the occasion of the 370th anniversary of the Independence of Kashmir in 2019.
00:15Among the speakers were Omar Abdullah, who was sworn in as the Chief Minister.
00:22Omar Abdullah was sworn in as the Chief Minister at the E-Kashmir International Convention Centre in Srinagar on the morning of the 370th anniversary of the Independence of Kashmir in 2019.
00:32Eight ministers were also sworn in at the same time.
00:35The National Conference leader Omar Abdullah was sworn in as the Chief Minister.
00:41But the Congress kept him away with the Mantrak Bantam.
00:45Even if Omar's government is supported from the outside, the Jammu and Kashmir Mantri Sabha does not have a Congress.
00:52The Congress has come to power in Jammu and Kashmir by joining forces with the NC.
00:56The National Conference was won by the Bear Lifty Assembly in the 90th Assembly.
01:02And the Congress has won only six seats.
01:05But the NC needed four more seats to do the magic figure.
01:10And so the NC came to power in support of the Congress.
01:15I, Omar Abdullah, do swear in the name of God that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of India as by law established.
01:31That I will uphold the sovereignty and integrity of India.
01:35That I will faithfully and conscientiously discharge my duties as Chief Minister for the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
01:44And that I will do right to all manner of people in accordance to the Constitution and the law without fear or favour, affection or ill will.
01:57I, Omar Abdullah, do swear in the name of God that I will not directly or indirectly communicate or reveal to any person or persons any matter
02:15which shall be brought under my consideration or shall become known to me as Chief Minister for the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir
02:23except as may be required for the due discharge of my duties as such Minister.
02:54But whether the NC Congress has won the election or not,
02:59it is yet to be seen which direction Jammu and Kashmir's politics will take in the future.
