00:00I think it is laughable that yesterday on the floor of the Assembly, Mamata Banerjee,

00:15whose resignation the entire state is demanding, called for the resignation of Prime Minister,

00:20of Home Minister, of Health Minister and of other BJP ruled state Chief Ministers.

00:26I think it is laughable she is perhaps losing her mental balance under pressure and stress.

00:32The fact is Union Minister Kiran Rijiju's letter written to her in May 2021, in response

00:39to her letters, clearly told her that the Centre has developed the provisions of special

00:48fast track codes and POCSO codes and that West Bengal has to set up 123 special fast

00:56track codes and POCSO codes in every district where the pending cases, pendency is 100.

01:04And these are specially sponsored central schemes, in the sense that the Centre is completely

01:11going to provide all the resources for setting up these codes.

01:16Not only did Mamata Banerjee not respond to that letter, she didn't have the minimum

01:21decency and courtesy, there was and there has been no follow up action on setting up

01:28fast track special codes and POCSO codes in every district and 123 such codes.

01:34So I think Mamata Banerjee has taken Bengalis, has taken West Bengal, has taken the entire

01:41country for a ride.

01:43She's just yelling, she's making a lot of noise because she wants to cover up her tracks,

01:48her tracks of inefficiency, misgovernance, non-responsive governance.

01:54And it only proves that while she says that she is the only woman Chief Minister in the

01:59country, she is extremely insensitive to women's security, to women protection.

02:06She is extremely callous about implementing all statutory requirements that would enhance

02:16women's security in the state.

02:18So it's a very welcome move by Union Minister Kiran Rijuju that he has actually exposed

02:25her and that is exactly what she is.

02:27She keeps lying, she tries to divert attention and that's why yesterday she suddenly shouted

02:32and in any case, law and order is a state subject.

02:35So why is she asking the resignation of the Prime Minister?

02:38We are saying she must go because she has completely failed.

02:43And with the arrest of Sandeep Ghosh, you have seen how her department, health department

02:47has completely failed and is steeped in corruption.

02:50She is the Police Minister, she is the Home Minister of the state.

02:54Her non-responsiveness to Mr. Rijuju's letter shows that she has completely failed.
