00:00Hello, films are here. Today we are reviewing a film from 2005 called Revolver.
00:10After seven years there, Jack Green is finally released from prison.
00:14Two years after his release, he and his brother Billy go to one of the most important casinos in the area,
00:20with the intention of returning the money owed to them by the owner, the boss of the crime, Dorothy Matcha.
00:24Ignoring the advice of his bodyguard, Paul, he allows Jack to join his private game.
00:30On the way up, Jack insists on going by elevator because of his claustrophobia,
00:34but other bodyguards remind him that they have to drink twenty shots,
00:38so he surrenders and enters the elevator while fighting a panic attack.
00:41Jack's first strategy is to throw a token against another player at the table, which he loses.
00:46But this is on purpose, he manipulates the match to get a sense of false security,
00:50so when he does the same trick with him, he wins this time.
00:53Billy and Jack rush out of the casino with bags full of money,
00:56and on the way out, they are stopped by a security guard,
00:58who tells them that they are in danger and that he can help them before Jack gives them his card.
01:03This time, Jack decides to go up the stairs,
01:05but before he manages to get down from one of the stairs,
01:08he realizes and falls down while the card is opened by an e-lift.
01:11While Jack is quickly transferred to the hospital, Matcha expresses his concern for Paul.
01:16Jack has to wish for a better light after seven years in prison,
01:19especially after the incident with his strength,
01:21so Matcha tells Paul that it is best for him to get rid of the loss.
01:24In the hospital, Jack is told that at first glance he cannot be found because of the darkness,
01:28so he has to go home and rest while waiting for the results of the blood test.
01:33Billy goes to his own house while Jack calls the bodyguards for protection,
01:36but they are all killed before they arrive.
01:38The only reason why he manages to escape is that he finds a card on the floor that says
01:42raise this, so he bends down to do just that.
01:45He tries to escape in his car, but the driver is shot.
01:48Luckily for him, Jack arrives just in time to save him and take him away.
01:52The killer, Sorter, cannot understand how he missed him,
01:55since he never misses, and theorizes that someone must have reported Jack.
01:59However, what Matcha says when he grunts is that he missed him because he had a bad feeling.
02:04In the meantime, Jack leads Jack to meet his partner, Avi,
02:08who somehow interfered with Jack's medical card.
02:10The results of the test are that Jack has a rare blood disease
02:13that will cause his death in three days.
02:15The men offer Jack their protection in exchange for two sheep,
02:18which cannot be negotiated.
02:20They have to give all their money and do whatever they want,
02:23including answering all questions.
02:25They give him three hours to decide, but Jack leaves without saying a word,
02:29because he is sure that they are trying to cheat him.
02:31The results he received in the hospital are the same,
02:33but Jack once again thinks that the lab had to pay Jack and Avi,
02:37so he gets a second opinion from his private doctor,
02:39who also gives him the same prediction.
02:42After he forbids him to use a gun to make sure that he is not paid,
02:45Jack admits that he has no choice,
02:47and after taking the money from the bank, he goes back to accepting the man's contract.
02:51As he gets out on the road, Avi explains that they are swindlers,
02:54and that it will be Jack's money that he will sue.
02:56After visiting their first client who threw the money,
02:59Avi asks Jack to tell him everything about his story with Matcha.
03:03Matcha had three very stupid men who worked for him, called the Three Eddies.
03:07They lost their card before a big game,
03:09and they knew that Jack was a good player,
03:11so they called him to replace him.
03:13Jack wanted to fight back, but his friends were from his family,
03:16so he had to accept to protect them.
03:18However, during the game, other men behind the table
03:20began to attack Jack and his mother.
03:23Jack did not accept this, so he started shooting.
03:25The electricity went out, the money went out,
03:27and the next thing he knew, someone released his name,
03:30and Jack was interrogated by the police.
03:32To prevent him from speaking, his friends threatened him,
03:35and accidentally killed his dream when he tried to protect his daughter.
03:38Jack did not tell the police that Matcha had organized the games,
03:41and that he was sent to prison for seven years at that time.
03:44The Eddies threatened Matcha in some way,
03:46which resulted in him using them as cement.
03:49After visiting a bunch of clients,
03:51Jack sends Jack to sit in a motel.
03:53Meanwhile, Matcha and Paul visit the king of criminals,
03:55Sam Gold, who is considered the king figure
03:58that all other criminal bosses want to be like.
04:01However, Gold never accepts visitors,
04:03so instead they meet with his advisor, Lily Walker,
04:06who agrees to mediate the agreement with Matcha.
04:09She also reminds him that Gold does not like the public,
04:11nor does she give him a second chance.
04:13A little later, Jack gives Zeke a call for more money
04:15before he is asked about the time spent in prison
04:17while playing chess with Avi.
04:19Jack had two options,
04:2114 years of normal time or 7 years of loneliness,
04:24so he chose to be alone.
04:26His cell was between the two of them,
04:28the chess master and the pervert,
04:30who had been there for a long time,
04:32and although they never talked to each other,
04:34they knew everything about each other.
04:36During the first five years of Jack's sentence,
04:38the three of them would communicate
04:40by sending messages written in books from the library,
04:42and that's how Jack learned their formula
04:44for winning any game in the world.
04:46The two men planned to escape from prison
04:48and promised to take Jack with them,
04:50but when they finally left,
04:52they became speechless and left Jack behind.
04:55When he was released two years later,
04:57he discovered that the two of them
04:59had taken all of his money
05:01and had sent him a message saying
05:03that he could only become smarter
05:05by playing against smarter opponents,
05:07so Jack started using the formula
05:09to get rich in various pubs.
05:11As the days went by,
05:13Jack continued to work,
05:15visiting various clients and giving his money.
05:17He should also threaten them if they don't pay,
05:19but he couldn't force himself to hurt
05:21innocent, desperate people.
05:23In the meantime, Avi and Zack
05:25tie the side of the wall with a truck,
05:27and when they pull it,
05:29they find the powder that the cat promised Lily,
05:31so when he finds out that it was stolen,
05:33he sends Paul to solve this no matter what.
05:35Jack, Zack, Avi and their team
05:37go to the hotel where they will exchange money.
05:39They sneak into the room next to the prisoner
05:41to make a hole in the wall
05:43and spray gas for sleeping,
05:45sleeping cats and John's people.
05:47Then they steal the money and the powder
05:49and trick him into thinking that the cat
05:51stole it from John and vice versa.

10:47Unfortunately, he does not have time
