00:00Hey everybody, just showing off a little before and after of my game, just so you know, narratively,

00:06in my game, portals open up all across the entire universe sucking creatures to this

00:13one planet.

00:14And one of those creatures is this clown who's taken this cave you're looking at and repurposed

00:19it as his own.

00:20So this is a look at the exterior of it, and now I'll show you the exterior of the new

00:25version.

00:26So here we go, this is after, nothing too crazy, just added a little tarp.

00:29But it's more about the inside that I want to show you.

00:32So again, this is the before, we're going into the cave, this is how it looked before.

00:36The inside is going to be a lot more different.

00:39So as you can see, the cave looks pretty bare bones.

00:42Now this actually worked with the game narratively because this clown was transported here randomly

00:48without anything else.

00:50And so realistically, if he were to restart his life on this planet, he wouldn't really

00:53have much resources at his disposal.

00:56So his caves would look probably like this, probably even less balloons.

01:01But I just thought, you know what, I don't care about how realistic it is, I want the

01:05game to look a bit better.

01:07The look of this cave just never really sat right with me.

01:09It just looked a little bland, and it looked too much like any other cave you might see

01:13in the game.

01:14And so I wanted to spruce it up a little bit.

01:17So what I did was I started taking old art assets and repurposed them myself.

01:22And so I'll let you take a look at that here in a sec.

01:24I'm going to give you a full look at the cave.

01:26So here's the other side of it here.

01:28Now you have the full picture.

01:29Now let's take a look at the after.

01:32This is the after.

01:33So lighting is a bit different.

01:34I've got tarps hung up like a circus.

01:37I've got these fun things on all the different layers there to give it some more depth.

01:43Added some transparency to the cloth to make it look a little bit more interesting.

01:47So that's that.
