00:00I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan
00:07In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
00:13In the name of Allah, Most Merciful, Most Compassionate
00:20In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Compassionate
00:50Where are the partners? They said, We have given you permission, none of us is a witness
01:21On that day, he will call out to them, Where are those associates of mine?
01:27They will answer, We have declared to you that none of us can bear witness to that
01:33Then all those deities whom they once used to call upon shall vanish, and they will come to know for sure that there is no escape for them
01:59Man worries not of praying for good, but when evil visits him, he despairs and gives up all hope
02:26And if We give him a taste of Our mercy after it has touched him, he will surely say, This is for me
02:40And I do not think the Hour will stand, even if I return to my Lord. Indeed, with Him is the best
02:59And We will inform those who disbelieve of what they have done, and We will give them a taste of a severe punishment
03:30And if I am returned to my Lord, there too I shall enjoy the best
03:35Surely, We shall fully apprise the unbelievers of what they have done, and We shall certainly make them taste a severe chastisement
03:59When We bestow Our favour upon man, he turns away and waxes proud, but when a misfortune touches him, he is full of supplication
04:15Tell them, O Prophet, did you ever consider if this Quran is indeed from Allah, and you still deny it?
04:45Who can be in greater error than he who goes far in fiercely opposing it?
05:16Soon shall We show them Our signs on the horizons and in their own beings, until it becomes clear to them that it is the truth
05:27Is it not enough that your Lord is a witness over everything?
05:45No, they are in doubt concerning their meeting with their Lord. Surely, He fully encompasses everything
06:03In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate
06:33Thus does Allah, the Most Mighty, the Most Wise, reveal to you, even as He revealed to those Messengers who preceded you
07:03His is all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. He is the Most High, the All-Great
07:18The heavens are about to burst open, and the angels are praising their Lord and asking forgiveness for those who are on earth. Surely, Allah is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful
07:48Only well nigh renders under from above, while the angels proclaim the praise of their Lord and ask forgiveness for those on earth. Lo, it is Allah, and He alone, who is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful
08:18Those who have taken others than Him as their protectors beside Him, it is Allah who oversees them. You are no guardian over them
08:48And thus did We reveal this Arabic Quran to you
09:16That you may warn the people of the Mother of Cities, to wit, Makkah, and those who dwell around it, and warn them of the Day of Gathering, concerning which there is no doubt, whereon some will be in Paradise, and some in the blazing fire
09:46If Allah had so willed, He could have made them all a single community
10:11But He admits whomsoever He pleases into His mercy. As to those given to wrongdoing, they shall have none as protector or helper
10:41Are they so foolish that they have chosen others rather than Allah as their protectors? Yet it is Allah who is the protector, and who resurrects the dead, and who has power over everything
11:11The judgment on whatever you defer rests with Allah. Such is Allah, my Lord. In Him I have put all my trust, and to Him I always turn in devotion
11:31Creator of the heavens and the earth, He has made for you from yourselves mates, and from the cattle mates, that they may drown you therein. There is nothing like Him, and He is the Hearer, the Seer
12:01He has appointed for you pairs of your own kind, and pairs also of cattle. Thus does He multiply you. Nought in the universe is like Him. He is All-Hearing, All-Seeing
12:16His are the keys of the heavens and the earth. He enlarges and straightens the sustenance of whomsoever He pleases
12:44Surely He has knowledge of everything
13:14He has prescribed for you the religion which He enjoined upon Noah, and which will be the religion of the people of Noah
13:38He has prescribed for you the religion which He enjoined upon Noah, and which we reveal to you, O Muhammad, and which we enjoined upon Abraham, and Moses, and Jesus, commanding, Establish this religion, and do not split up regarding it
13:57What you are calling to is very hard upon those who associate others with Allah in His divinity. Allah chooses for Himself whomsoever He pleases, and guides to Himself whoever penitently turns to Him
14:16And they did not split up except after knowledge had come to them between themselves. And had it not been for a word that had preceded from your Lord for an appointed term between them
14:38And indeed, those who were given the Scripture after them are in doubt about it
15:08The matter between them would surely have been decided once and for all. Indeed, those who were later made the heirs of the Book are in disquieting doubt about it
15:22Therefore pray and be upright, as you have been commanded, and do not follow their desires, and say, I believe in what Allah has sent down of the Scripture
15:41And I have been commanded to be just between you. Allah is our Lord, and your Lord is for us. Our deeds are for you, and your deeds are for us. There is no argument between us and you. Allah unites between us, and to Him is the destination
16:11And be steadfast about it, as you were commanded, and do not follow their desires, and say to them, I believe in the Book Allah has sent down. I have been commanded to establish justice among you. Allah is our Lord, and your Lord. We have our deeds, and you have your deeds. There is no contention between us and you. Allah will bring us all together
16:41And to Him all are destined to return
16:45And those who argue about Allah after their argument has been answered are in a state of error before their Lord, and upon them is wrath, and for them is a severe punishment
17:07Those who contend concerning Allah after His call has been responded to, their contention is absolutely void in the sight of their Lord. Allah's wrath is upon them, and a grievous chastisement awaits them
17:38Allah it is who sent down this book with the truth and the balance, and what would make you know that the hour of judgement has drawn near
17:51Those who do not believe in it seek to hasten it, and those who believe are afraid of it, and they know that it is the truth. Alas, those who argue about the hour are in a state of error far from the truth
18:16Those who do not believe in it seek to hasten its coming, but those who believe in it hold it in dread, and know that the hour of judgement is bound to come. Alas, those who dispute concerning the coming of the hour are gone far in error
18:36Allah is most gentle to His servants, and grants sustenance to whomsoever He pleases. He is all strong, most mighty
19:06Whoever seeks the harvest of the hereafter, We shall increase for him his harvest, and whoever seeks the harvest of this world, We shall give him thereof, but he will have no share in the hereafter
19:36Do they have any associates of Allah who have laid down for them the law of this world?
20:02Do they have any associates of Allah who have laid down for them a way pertaining to faith, which Allah did not sanction? But for the fact that a decree had already been made, the matter between them would have been decided once and for all. Surely, a grievous chastisement awaits the wrongdoers.
20:25You will see the wrongdoers in awe of what they have earned, and it will befall them. And those who believe and do righteous deeds in the gardens of the gardens, they will have what they desire with their Lord. That is the great bounty.
20:55You will see the wrongdoers fearful of the consequence of their deeds, which will certainly overtake them. But those who have faith and do good deeds will be in the meadows of the gardens, wherein they shall have whatever they desire from their Lord. That is the great bounty.
21:18That is what Allah gives glad tidings to His servants who believe and do righteous deeds. Say, I do not ask you for a reward for it, except for affection in kinship.
21:35That is what Allah gives glad tidings to His servants who believe and do righteous deeds. Say, I do not ask you for a reward for it, except for affection in kinship.
21:51That is what Allah gives glad tidings to His servants who believe and do righteous deeds. Say, I do not ask you for a reward for it, except for affection in kinship. Say, I do not ask you for a reward for it, except for affection in kinship.
22:18Do they say, He has forged a lie against Allah?
22:48If Allah so wanted, He could seal up your heart. Allah blots out falsehood and confirms the truth by His words. He is well aware of all the secrets hidden in the breasts of people.
23:03He it is who accepts repentance from His servants and forgives sins and knows all that you do.
23:33And answers the prayers of those who believe and do good deeds and bestows upon them even more out of His bounty. As for those who deny the truth, a grievous chastisement awaits them.
24:03If Allah were to grant ample sustenance to His servants,
24:31they would go about transgressing in the land. But He sends down in due measure whatever sustenance He wills. Surely, He is well aware and all-seeing concerning matters that relate to His servants.
24:48He it is who sends down the rain after the despair of it, spreading out His mercy. He is the Protector, the Immensely Praiseworthy.
25:18And of His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth and the living creatures that He has spread out in them. He has the power to bring them together when He so wills.
25:48Whatever misfortune befalls you is a consequence of your own deeds, but much of it He forgives.
26:13And you cannot frustrate Him in the earth. You have no protector nor helper against Allah.
26:37And of His signs are the ships that sail in the sea like mountains.
27:04And of His signs are the signs for every patient and grateful person.
27:11If He so wills, He can cause the winds to become still so that they will remain motionless on its surface. Surely, there are many signs in this for those who are wont to be steadfast and give thanks.
27:27Or He can cause them to perish for what they have earned, and He forgives much.
27:47And those who dispute about Our signs will know that there is no escape for them.
28:07So whatever you have been given is the enjoyment of this world, and that which is with Allah is better and more lasting for those who believe and put their trust in their Lord.
28:37Only the wherewithal of the transient life of this world, but that which is with Allah is better and more enduring for those who believe and put their trust in their Lord.
28:50Who eschew grave sins and shameful deeds, and whenever they are angry, forgive.
29:12And those who respond to their Lord and observe prayer, and their affair is clear between them, and of what We have provided them, they spend.
29:31Who obey their Lord and establish prayer, who conduct their affairs by consultation, and spend out of what We have bestowed upon them.
29:54Who, when a wrong is done to them, seek its redress.
30:21The recompense of evil is evil, the like of it.
30:26But he who forgives and makes amends, his reward lies with Allah.
30:32Surely he does not love the wrongdoers.
30:34There is no blame against him who avenges himself after he has been wronged.
30:56The way is only for those who wrong people and seek in the earth without right.
31:10They will have a painful punishment.
31:27A painful chastisement awaits them.
31:40But he who patiently endures and forgives, that is a conduct of great resolve.
31:48And he who is misguided by Allah, he will have no guardian after him.
31:57And you will see the wrongdoers, when they see the punishment, saying, Is there a way back?
32:10He whom Allah lets go astray, none after him can be his protector.
32:15You will see that when the wrongdoers observe the chastisement, they will exclaim, Is there any way to go back?
32:25And you will see them being exposed to it, humbly from the humiliation, looking from a hidden side.
32:36And those who believe will say, The losers are those who will lose themselves and their families on the Day of Resurrection.
32:57Alas, the wrongdoers will be in a painful punishment.
33:09You shall see them as they are brought face to face with the chastisement, in a state of abject humiliation, looking with a furtive glance.
33:19But the believers will say, Surely the true losers are they who lose themselves and their kindred on the Day of Resurrection.
33:30Though the wrongdoers will be in an enduring torment.
33:34And they shall have no protectors to help them against Allah, for he whom Allah causes to go astray,
34:04will have no way to save himself.
34:08Respond to your Lord before the Day of Resurrection comes, which will not be rejected by Allah.
34:20You will have no refuge on that Day, and you will have no refuge.
34:37On that Day from Allah that cannot be averted.
34:42On that Day there shall be no shelter for you, and none may change your predicament.
34:48And if they turn away, We have not sent you as a guardian over them.
34:56You are only responsible for the affliction.
35:00And when We give man a taste of Our mercy, he rejoices therein.
35:12And if evil befalls them because of what their hands have put forth, then surely man is ungrateful.
35:42And when We give man a taste of Our mercy, he exults in it.
35:46But if any misfortune afflicts them on account of their deeds, man is utterly ungrateful.
36:13The dominion of the heavens and the earth belongs to Allah.
36:18He creates whatever He pleases.
36:21He grants females to whomever He pleases, and males to whomever He pleases.
36:26Or grants them a mix of males and females, and causes whomever He pleases to be barren.
36:34He is all-knowing, all-knowing, all-knowing.
36:40And when He gives man a taste of Our mercy, he rejoices therein.
36:46And when He gives man a taste of Our mercy, he exults in it.
36:51He grants whomever He pleases to be barren.
36:55He is all-knowing, all-powerful.
37:21It is not given to any human being that Allah should speak to him except through revelation,
37:36or from behind a veil, or that a messenger, i.e. an angel, be sent to him
37:43who reveals to him by Allah's leave whatever he wishes.
37:47He is all-high, most wise.
38:17Allah is the greatest of our servants.
38:21And indeed, You guide to a straight path.
38:29Even so, We revealed to you, O Prophet, a spirit by Our command.
38:35Heir to that, you knew neither what the Book nor what the Faith was.
38:41But We made the spirit a light whereby We guide those of Our servants
38:47whom We please to the right way.
38:50Surely, You are directing people to the right way.
39:11The way of Allah, to whom belongs the dominion of all that is in the heavens and the earth.
39:19Lo! It is to Allah that all things ultimately revert.
39:30In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.
39:41Ameen.
39:50By the clear Book.
40:03Verily, We have made it an Arabic Quran that you may understand.
40:10And indeed, it is in the mother of the Book that we have a wise cure.
40:21Indeed, it is transcribed in the original Book with us, sublime and full of wisdom.
40:42Should we divert this good counsel from you because you are a people immersed in extravagance?
40:50We have sent a prophet among the ancients.
41:02And no prophet came to them except that they mocked him.
41:21We utterly destroyed them, although they were greater in might than these.
41:28The examples of ancient peoples have gone before.
41:33And if you ask them who created the heavens and the earth,
41:39they will say,
41:43And if you ask them who created the heavens and the earth,
41:51they will say,
41:54Yet if you were to ask them who created the heavens and the earth,
41:59they will certainly say,
42:02The Almighty, the All-Knowing has created them.
42:24He it is who made this earth for you a cradle and made in it pathways for you
42:31that you may find the way to your destination.
42:54He who sent down water from the sky in a determined measure
42:59and thereby we revived a dead land.
43:03Likewise will you be raised up from the earth.
43:24He who created these bears, all of them,
43:29and provided you ships and cattle on which you ride,
43:33so that you may stand on their backs,
43:37and then remember the favor of your Lord when you stand on it,
43:44and say, Glory be to Him who has subjected this to us,
43:52and to whom we have not been kind.
44:02When you are mounted upon them, you may remember the bounty of your Lord,
44:07and say, Glory be to Him who has subjected this to us,
44:12whereas we did not have the strength to subdue it.
44:15It is to our Lord that we shall eventually return.
44:46Yet they've made some of His servants a part of Him.
44:51Indeed, man is most evidently thankless.
45:07Has Allah taken for Himself daughters out of those whom He creates,
45:12and has chosen you to have sons?
45:34They believe so, although when any of them is given tidings
45:39of the birth of a female child,
45:42the like of which He assigns to the Merciful One,
45:45His countenance darkens, and He is choked with grief.
46:00Do they assign to Allah one who grows up amidst ornaments,
46:05and is not well versed in the art of disputation?
46:10And have they made the angels, who are the servants of the Merciful One, females?
46:20Do they bear witness to their creation? Their testimony will be recorded, and they will be questioned.
46:29They claim that angels, who are Allah's chosen servants, are females.
46:35Did they witness how their bodies are constituted?
46:39Their testimony shall be written, and they shall be called to account.
47:02They say, had the Merciful One so willed, we would never have worshipped these deities.
47:08But they have no knowledge of the matter, and are simply conjecturing.
47:14أَمْ آتَيْنَاهُمْ كِتَابًا مِّنْ قَبْلِهِ فَهُمْ بِهِ مُسْتَمْسِكُونَ
47:27Or did we bestow upon them a book before, on whose authority they are holding on to angel worship?
47:35بَلْ قَالُوا إِنَّا وَجَدْنَا آبَاءَنَا عَلَىٰ أُمَّةٍ وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰ آثَارِهِمْ مُهْتَدُونَ
48:01Nay, they simply claim, we found our forefathers on a way, and we continue to find guidance in their footsteps.
48:49And thus it is, whenever we sent any warner to a city, its affluent one said,
48:57We found our forefathers on a way, and we continue to follow in their footsteps.
49:24Each prophet asked them,
49:26Will you do so even if we were to show you a way better than the way of your forefathers?
49:31They answered,
49:33We disbelieve in the religion with which you have been sent.
