00:19My advice would be to come out of yourself a little bit
00:23and maybe explain where you're coming from and be vulnerable.

00:28On the flip side, having accountability is so important.
00:31What would be one piece of advice you have for someone you care about?
00:35I think it's probably the same advice that I would give to my younger self,
00:39that it's all actually much more okay than you think it is.
00:43I think if I was able to give myself advice,
00:47my high school version of me advice, I would say think bigger.

00:53and you really can look beyond the suburbs.
